Good property, Great View!
I would stay in this unit again. The views were great and easy access to beach right in back of the building. Everything looked just like pictures, furnishings are dated but clean. I would note that the shower in the main bedroom is tiny. If you are a bath person the tub is huge, I am not a fan of using tubs outside my home so we made due with the shower. I do suggest bringing pillows as the ones in the unit particularly the main bedroom are like lying flat on the mattress. Unit was clean just a few areas that could use attention, vents, under hood and some corners. Most probably would not notice but I grew up helping my grandmother with her cleaning service. Balcony runs almost the full span of the unit and there is a lounger in addition to the bar table and 4 chairs. The building is well kept, elevators and lobby was always clean. The property managers were AWESOME, Rose is the best!!!

Worth it for the View
View is the best thing about this condo. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Needs updating. Building and location is nice but there were loads of people smoking on the balconies.

Deceptive Listing!
The location was as listed, but in the listing description, it stated that there was access to all the resort amenities, including the kids splash pad, lazy river, etc. This is not the case! We were told access was only for hotel guests, not for condo guests who booked through any other online platform. Our kids were extremely disappointed to say the least when they are staring at a promised activity (one of the main reasons we stayed here) and told, we aren't allowed in. Also, check in was a disaster. Followed the outlined check-in process, but nobody left the keys. The property manager was unreachable. Had to call the owner and got lucky to find someone she knew who could give us a spare key......overall check in took over an hour waiting for communication to take place. Owner wasn't helpful with regards to either situation, particularly the amenities. She stated she knew they weren't included and should never have been listed so it was the online platforms fault (as an owner everything is ultimately your responsibility). Terrible overall experience.
