This was my 4 stay at this resort (probably my last). As always I love the atmosphere at the resort and the employees are polite and friend but my room was the issue. Example was the bathroom bath and shower area there was a foot long crack in the the ceiling above the shower head. We did get a oceanfront view room but the sliding door was so hard to open and off track that it was a pain to open it. The restaurant is no long there its located in the resort beside us and the convenience store that you have on the resort is now closed so you have to walk to the others resort convenience store. Times prior to this all those were there. I will be coming back down next year to the area but I'm sure I won't be stay at this location.

Pools are old and dirty. Room was semi updated. No shower curtain. Air didn’t work properly. No toilet paper holder. Tv went in and out a lot. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel was great. Only reason why I give them a 4 star is because their toilet would not flush we had to wait 5minutes after using it to flush. And the housekeepers were disturbing our sleep because the housekeepers kept on knocking on our door early in the morning. And the tile floor could have been cleaned up more. But everything else was a great.

Customer service is the BEST! The beds for the unit we stayed were hard as a rock and we didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Glad we only stayed for a night. That would have ruin our trip, not being able to get good sleep. The customer service makes up for that. I would stay again (1000x) and hope to get different rooms, with better bedding. Thank you Front Desk!

The location was good but i don't know if is a old construction or just need more attention the rooms had a wear smell like a old room, the room it wasn't completely clean honestly i when to walmart to get some cleaning supplies and i clean the room before we installed, we stayed because it was on July 4th so all the hotels were full.

Unfortunately we came when a tropical storm was getting ready to hit so it rained every day. Nice beach access!! They ended up closing the pools & arcade room - it wasn’t raining, only about 8:30pm just a little wind so we asked why and she said staff shortage nobody wanted to come in even though weather was ok. So we missed out on the golfing. Arcade - decent prices to play but it takes 6 credits per game so it went fast. Pools: indoor - small so try to go when nobody else is in there. Outdoor was nice & the water park area is smaller than the pictures when booking but it was nice. Towels are provided for the pool only, they are tiny took 3 for an adult. The kids enjoyed it. Water was definitely dirty looked like trash all over and nobody skimming it out. When booking it said hot breakfast - it’s actually a restaurant that you pay for each meal. Housekeeping knocked every morning to ask if we needed anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay & if the weather is nice we’d go back for the beach access & water park area.
