Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other pools located throughout Kingston Resort are not accessible.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We traveled from VA and have stayed at several other properties in years past, and this was by far our favorite. We had 7 total in our family group, and Mike & Lyn's place worked just beautifully for us. The location within Myrtle was perfect. The ease to park, access the unit, the pools, and the beach was just wonderful. We will definitely be back. The unit owners and Prista made our vacation a wonderful experience. The unit fit us comfortably and had everything that we needed. It's close to shopping, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

Spent 4 wonderful nights on a couples getaway during Labor Day week. The 2 oceanfront king bedrooms were perfect. The condo is well-kept and the location is terrific, especially at this time of year when the crowds are smaller. We would definitely come back again.

Great Four Night Stay in This Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights for my 50th birthday trip. It was the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. The building and grounds are beautiful, the oceanfront balcony was a great place to hang out after being on the beach all day. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an oceanfront condo.

This has been the cleanest and most beautiful place I have stayed at. Everything was perfect. We had so much fun with no complaints. Weather was a little cold some days but other than that the condo was amazing. 10/10 recommend. Extremely clean and HUGE!!

The best beach resort/ property.......

This property is by far the best beach resort I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is exactly as pictured. The unit is extremely clean and comfortable and just a two minute walk to the beach. I also liked that the parking garage is adjacent to the building (last property I stayed in the garage was a block away). I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Myrtle Beach, so I’ll definitely be renting again.
