Great Location With All The Amenities

Great location with a short 3-4 minute drive to the beach which has a parking garage. Quiet neighborhood. Home recently totally renovated. Great pool. All kinds of beach equipment - lots of chair, pool toys, and bicycles. Great and easy communication with the property manager.

Great Christmas Escape

We loved everything about this house. Nice decor and fun open kitchen well equipped. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds with soft sheets. The pool and spa are very clean and perfect temperature. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We loved the bike rides to the beach which is only 10 min away.Truly enjoyed our stay!

What a gem!

We stayed here for 10 days, just a wonderful house! The house is great: Very clean Quiet neighborhood Excellent pool & Hot Tub Clear instructions on check in, check out, pool, etc. Use of garage is so helpful Bikes included - nice to go to the beach anytime. Location is easy to get anywhere - bike to the beach, bike to Buzz's Lighthouse, bike to The Ritz for dinner, lunch or breakfast. Very private pool area, privacy fence. Communication with host was the best, so responsive and very caring about how our stay was going. House is stocked with anything you need. Great to sit by the pool and watch the game! We would recommend this house, and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and clean home!

Everything in the house was very organized light, clean, declutter and just beautifully decorated for our taste. The kitchen had all the amenities pots and utensils that we needed to cook a home. And the laundry room was also loaded with detergent and other cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the beach. Unfortunately The beach was close due to hurricane Milton, But we are definitely coming back next summer to the Blue Pearl Home.

Awesome Quiet Home!!

This house was amazing!!! The location was excellent, being able to drive 5 minutes down the road and find all these tasty restaurants was fantastic!! The house was clean as a whistle, though you will notice the slight use of the home over its years. The property owners' communication was superb, informed us about the particular dangers and offered services! Speaking of dangers, we just happened to stay during Hurricane Helene! This home was remarkably quiet during those harsh winds and rains. You could barely hear anything! Overall, this stay was marvelous and definitely recommended! If you're thinking about booking, what are you waiting for!?

Best part of Naples

Staying at this place was the best part of our visit to Naples. The house is new, super clean and has everything you could possibly need. Loved the bed in the owners suit. And of course nothing beats hanging out in the heated pool. Thomas was super responsive during our stay. The beach is 3 minutes away by car. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful Stay

Comfortable, convenient and our kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Modern, well appointed home with many pool toys and coolers, beach chairs, and more available to use in garage. Thomas was extremely responsive and followed through on quickly remedying any issues that did arise as best he could. Currently there is some construction in the area and road is not currently paved, but it seems that this will be taken care of in the coming weeks.

Nice time in Naples

Had a nice 10 days in Naples Park. Property was very clean and spacious and Thomas was very responsive and easy to work with. There was some construction on the road that was unavoidable but really didn't affect us. Thomas was on top of it and checked in with us several times nonetheless. Would stay there again

The property was clean, well appointed and equipped with most everything we needed. The location was relatively convenient to most retail and many dining options. The neighborhood was a collection of old, poorly maintained residences mixed with some newer private homes. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pearl. The home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Beaches, stores, shopping, a park for the kids to play at, and many restaurants were all nearby. We all loved the pool, hot tub and patio area. We were surprised and relieved to find alarms (that can be turned off if not needed) on all doors out to the pool. We had three small children with us so that was nice. Thomas was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely book this home again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed the property immensely. We were there for a long weekend, 8 people total, adults and teens. Plenty of space, had everything we needed and more. Pool and hot tub were great, everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the beach and via bike and car. The shopping was convenient. Had a rainy day but it was perfect spending time in the hot tub and in the living room and patio watching football together. Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home in fabulous location

Fun family holiday in a lovely home conveniently located next to beautiful beaches, restaurants, malls and nature. The pool is large for the area and so was great for swimming and we loved the hot tub. The home is managed exceptionally well by Thomas who responded immediately to any needs.
