Pestering of the concierge to buy into timeshares, hidden fees (large extra charge at check-out for “resort fees” and apparently overspending my security deposit), no maid service unless requested, and we had screaming (once by a mother toward her children, and another by actual kids sprinting the hallways) woke us up at 7:30am twice. Definitely will not be going back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much to do at this location in December, lazy river was closed, tiki bar and market house had limited hours. Pools were cold. Rooms need upgraded, our kitchen cabinet doors were broken off the hinges. Close to restaurants and shopping in Bonita Springs.

The room and staff were nice. The property was beautiful. The lazy river and kids pool were a highlight for us. The main issues we had were: -Despite calling ahead and being told that a crib would be in our room when we arrived, we did not get one. Not only that, but we had a room that clearly had been smoked in. We were able to get a new room with a crib, but that whole process took a long time and a lot of effort with a screaming baby. -The main children’s amenities were closed. This was not advertised or disclosed. Had we known this we wouldn’t have stayed here. -This is a timeshare property, so be prepared to receive a hard sell to attend the presentation repeatedly during your stay. Not a huge deal, but it really takes the steam out of your vacation.

Property amenities are great. Nice and spacious suites/apartments. I had a one bedroom and it had everything you would need at home in it. Full kitchen with all you need to use. Will definitely book again. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great as well.
I made breakfast in their kitchen, and it felt like home.

The place was fabulous!!! Everyone was fabulous! Only issue was that the adult pool was not just adults. Parents would leave their kids in it and they would yell and splash.
