The property was very clean. The check in was a breeze we had a reservation and it went smoothly. The whole Inn was decorated with butterflies, turtles and it was quite cute. Also very quiet. For the money you can’t beat it. Overall I felt like it was a good value.

This place is older as can be seen fron the photos but it is extremely clean and a great place to stay on a budget if you are visiting Immokalee. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Nice place!!! Only issue, pillows uncomfortable. I don’t drink coffee but my husband does and there is not a coffee pot, which I read prior so we brought one to the inn. Will definitely stay here again!

It was very quiet and very clean. The gentleman for check called late evening to confirm when I would be checking in and was very helpful. The water in the shower was hot when I started but cold before I finished. That being said, I was very pleased with my experience.

It was a very clean inexpensive place to stay close to where I had business. I was impressed that someone came in every day a cleaned the room, seems like most other places don’t do that anymore.

I had realistic expectations given the price, but I was really impressed impressed by our room (#106). Nice hardwood floors, nicely tiled washroom, comfortable beds with clean sheets, very good air conditioner, and a great TV with lots of free channels. The room even had a small refridgerator and a microwave, and the shower had excellent water pressure and nice hot water. Also lots of convenient places to eat along the highway right nearby and Lake Trafford is only a short drive away. We couldn't have asked for more.

WORST ROAD TRIP EXPERIENCE
Basically, a no frills motel. No tissue, no bars of soap,(dispenser on shower wall), loud traffic from adjacent road, people hanging outside their rooms at 9p.m..Wife started to run water to shower(after lathering up), ran out of hot water, while soaped up. I went down to office. Told me our room shares water heater with room above us, just give it a couple of minutes ?! WORST PART OF STAY. SHOULD HAVE RETURNED KEY TO OFFICE, AFTER OPENING DOOR TO ENTER OUR ROOM(EXCEPT, THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS. THE PUTRID, MASKING SMELL, OF A CHEAP PERFUME OIL WAS SO PREVALENT WHEN WE OPENING DOOR THAT WE WENT TO CORNER STORE AND BOUGHT A COUPLE OF CANDLES TO ERASE SMELL. IT WORKED UNTIL THE CANDLES WERE BLOWN OUT AT BEDTIME. THE LINGERING STENCH WAS SO STRONG FROM THIS PERFUMED SMELL, THAT MY WIFE WAS NAUSEATED WITH NO SLEEP. I WOKE UP WITH SAME LINGRRING SMELL AFTER GETTING 2 HOURS SLEEP(WITH CPAP). THE SMELL WAS NOW PENETRATING MY CPAP UNIT. WE GOT OUR THINGS TOGETHER, GOT DRESSED, AND DROVE 3 HRS. TO RETURN HOME AT 1:30 IN THE MORNING. WILL TRY AND CALL THIS AND REQUEST REFUND. GOOD LUCK. MANAGERS SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH. HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
