Wonderful vacation rental

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home! Thomas was an exceptional host—highly responsive and attentive. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beach and conveniently close to pickleball courts at Veteran's Park. With fantastic restaurants and grocery stores nearby, everything we needed was within easy reach. You truly couldn't ask for a better place for a vacation!

Great Winter Get-away

The house was super cozy and well-designed. The pool was incredible - it was heated to a perfect temperature in the winter, so our toddler could swim without any worries. The hot tub was amazing too. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and we were so grateful for the “welcome gift” in the fridge. The garden and pool area were beautifully designed, with plenty of privacy. All the rooms were super comfortable. And guess what? It was right next to the beach and Whole Foods! We had an amazing time and are already planning to come back again!

We stayed at the 101 during a weekend with our family and we had a great time. The house has great amenities, it is spacious, super clean and well located. We had a great time staying there. Great house with new pool

Pool was excellent! Location close to beach House was perfect quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked, shampoo, body wash, Sunscreen , laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, Coffee, great no worries for just having a carry on Refreshments in the fridge when we arrived Would stay here again !

Our family had a good time. The location is good and the house was nice and clean. Only thing I could have wanted was a few more towels to shower and a kids night light and a bathroom kids stool chair to be able to reach the sink. But overall it was a comfortable stay. The kids loved it and we had a great time as a family. :)

Wonderful stay!

The pool and spa were incredible! Great place to relax after time out at the nearby beaches (15 min or less) or outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking, boating). The common areas were actually bigger than expected and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bikes available for use too. The location was very convenient and the area was quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at this house. The pool and spa were perfect after a hot day on the beach. Thomas was so easy to work with. We had all of the important information well ahead of time and he was super quick responding to any questions. As an added treat he provided us with some complimentary beverages! Peaceful Naples Retreat

Thomas is an Excellent Host

Upon arrival we had a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Great surprise! The kitchen was fully equipped and all other rooms were great, even to soap and shampoo in each bathroom. The pool and spa were the star of the show!!!! Definitely will stay with Thomas again. Thank you for everything!!!
