Hawk's Nest 202 is a luxurious second floor coach home located within the award winning Fiddler's Creek private residential community. Enter through the ground floor one-car garage, and follow your private staircase up to the second floor living area. Totally remodeled in a contemporary glam style, the home has a spacious living room with a sectional sofa and built in entertainment wall with a mounted flat screen TV. The Carrara marble look kitchen has stainless appliances and updated white cabinets and opens to a breakfast nook overlooking the lake. Three finely appointed bedrooms are all equipped with TVs and the master bedroom has an ensuite bath with double sink vanities and a glass enclosed shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and beautiful mosaic tile wall. The screened lanai overlooking the lake is thoughtfully furnished with a dining table for 4 and a lounge sofa. The Hawk's Nest community pool is across the parking area from the unit with plenty of chaise lounges, offering a quiet place to soak up the sun. Outside the Hawk's Nest neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek, finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The main 54,000 square foot Club Spa facility is about 1.5 miles from the condo offering a full private resort experience! Membership to Club is an optional add on to your booking. If you choose to add club access, there is a $750 transfer fee. Club access includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events.
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.
2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.
