My husband and I stayed in this hotel based on the ratings coming from Ohio. I will tell you that we were super disappointed because the ratings were great and the rooms are disgusting. They are super small, we woke up with our backs hurting from the beds, there was not from somebody blowing their nose on the walls in the bathroom, it was nothing like was posted. We won't be staying again but I am going to write an honest review. Do your due diligence first before you book. I wish we would have stayed elsewhere and enjoyed our first time in Nashville. It was disgusting.

Well, the breakfast here ain’t what they said it was in the pictures they showed on the hotel.com app the eggs were rubbery. The food was nasty and didn’t have no place to sit to eat breakfast. It was a go. I knew that I wouldn’t have stayed here.

Extra (mandatory) charges for parking and pets. The staff was not very friendly upon check in. Bugs were in the shower. Construction started right next to us at 7am… would have been nice to get some sleep after a long night.

This hotel is just average. It was so close to the downtown area but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy, etc. but the hotel itself had outside corridors that were kinda loud and our door had a crack in it and the room was a bit dingy. It was fine because it was pretty inexpensive and the breakfast was a typical full array of breakfast goods.

The property was clean and well maintained. It was close and convenient to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Every staff member I met was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have to go back to Nashville at some point and we will definitely be stay here again.

Exceptional Service
We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Hotel was great! Not far from attractions such as broadway or other areas. Clean rooms. The free breakfast was nice. Staff was nice too. Overall good experience.
