The price is for the location. It is a great spot. Service is also lovely. The hotel however, is tired. Rooms are basic. Wallpaper is peeling off walls, bathrooms are worn. In need of a tidy up and refresh.

I contacted the hotel on the morning of my arrival to confirm the particulars of my stay and was advised accordingly. At check-in, staff dismissed this entirely, resulting in my rate being double from what was confirmed. Despite providing my phone records, there was no accountability.
