Upon arriving they said they didn’t have the king room I had booked over a month before coming and gave me a queen. My friend checked in 3 hours after me and she got a king room. Entering the room there was souvenir coin left on floor. Next morning at 5am on Saturday we are woken to construction right outside our window. Only have ice machines on every other floor, so we have to change floors to find ice, of course the one we go to first is out of order. Them taking away my king room, we should have been given something to makeup for it. At least not stick us right by the construction!

Wonderful Nashville Stay
The Hyatt Place in downtown Nashville was just as we'd hoped and more! The check-in staff were extremely helpful and fun to chat with. They had great suggestions of places to see and visit too! Highly recommend a stay at this location.

Hotel is very close to attractions. Breakfast was fine … coffee is quite good. Housekeeping missed our room one day. I did call the front desk at 3 pm and was told they would be there by 430. Never happened. The next day they came but did not bring any towels. Overall we enjoyed our time and would stay here again when we return.
