Excellent location for restaurants and shopping ~ very convenient to all the fun that Nashville has to offer! The apartment was fantastic except for a few things: inconsistent internet and the microwave did not work.

A break from the hospital
It was a beautiful and spacious area. It was the perfect place to stay for a night away from the children’s hospital. I would highly recommend staying here. And would stay here again. Within walking distance to the hospital.

I chose this location due to its closeness to the Children’s Hospital. I liked its convenience to many restaurants within walking distance. However, it is a popular area and on a high traffic road. The noise from the street was loud whether with voices or traffic. They did supply ear plugs with the room which I used and had a pleasant night sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Parking was ok and was on-site in a secure basement garage. The area felt safe and overall I enjoyed my stay.

A spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment in a great location. Great value for the price. My only caveat was there was some deferred maintenance with a loose poorly functioning part in the shower/tub and fairly stained carpet in the bedroom

Place was perfect but the only thing I didn’t like was the extra charge for parking. The whole subterranean parking lot it’s almost available and yet you still need to pay when the unit probably gets one space.

The property is close to downtown and we felt safe walking there (both in the morning and around 10PM). The apartment is clean and the bed comfortable. Coffee pods provided :) Mint House was very flexible with a late reservation change due to hurricane Helene- thank you! For the light sleepers- there is traffic noise due to the proximity of the hospital.

The Mint House was very nice. The location is great. Walkable to many shops and restaurants and an easy Uber to downtown Nashville. It was clean and had plenty of room for us. My only negative is we went to breakfast and came back to be locked out of our room and it was only 9am. Check out was not until 11. Communication is difficult with them as you wait for a long time on hold. That was frustrating. And just note that the area is pretty loud - live band straight across the parking lot from our windows - until at least midnight. It is Nashville thought, so that’s to be expected I suppose!
