Of all Marriott Hotels I I had stayed this be at the bottom cleanliness is not commendable getting in the elevator there was smeared dry smudge visually apparent our door to the room is locked but the door by the knob was chipped like it was force into and there was a couple of hair in the shower tub also the parking should be free for clients charge of 12$ I hope they can improve with their housekeeping reception ck in was very good and polite that I can’t deny giving credit to

Great hotel in downtown Waterbury. We were greeted with a glass of wine, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Great bar and restaurant.

It smelled so bad in room 819 like feet. We told guest services but that was the only room. Both days we stayed both rooms had an odor. The carpet needed cleaning ASAP

Checkin with Carlin was great. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Bistro food was just across the lobby and was quite good. Great stay after a long day of driving.
