The living room has comfy couches to allow you the pleasure of catching up with one another. The balcony offers an excellent spot to take in a breathtaking Gulf front view. The primary bedroom has a king bed that has a country feel and a private bath with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub with a shower stall. The second bedroom has twin beds and is conveniently located next to a full bath.

During off-season rentals, the condo association will be performing routine property repairs and maintenance to upkeep the property for peak season (October 1st - March 15th).
Parking notes: No parking available.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
