Peral 605 Sugar White Sand and Emerald Waters! Beautiful Gulf Views!

Come enjoy our 6th floor condo at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Located between Pensacola and Destin, Navarre Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach. The sand is white as snow and the water is an emerald color, hence the emerald coast. Leave the crowds and traffic in Destin and Pensacola and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at the Pearl of Navarre Beach. Go shelling or fish from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk or cycle on the 3 mile long bike path that runs along Gulf Blvd. Visit the Gulf Island National Seashore or one of the parks on the island. Cross the bridge and let your kids cool off at the kid's water park and play ground or explore the butterfly house; both are right next to the Visitors Welcome Center. There are several fast food restaurants, grocery stores and local shops along Hwy 98. Incredible Gulf views can be seen from the private balcony. The dining area has a wet bar. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils/supplies and has granite counter tops. The living areas and bathrooms have tile floors. The bedrooms have plush carpet. We also offer FREE WiFi, electronic keyless entry.
The Pearl is a secure gated property with coded entry at the front gate and the beach access point. The Pearl has 2 gulf front swimming pools, one of which is geothermal heated year round and a hot tub.

Thanks for sharing your condo. It was wonderful. Views from the balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen as well as had lunch. We went out to different restaurants in the area for dinner. Our family had an awesome time. There is only one thing that I wish we would have known before we got on the beach. We were not aware that the chairs and umbrellas could only be used if a fee was paid daily or by the week. We ended up going to a store nearby and purchased or own beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the week.

Nice (too short) getaway...
The condo was clean and bright, and it was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures. Check-in was easy, and the property manager was responsive. The only issue was a broken (standalone) ice maker, but we weren't counting on an icemaker, anyway, and the normal one in the fridge worked just fine. We would rent this place again.

Our stay was really wonderful. Our family enjoyed the beautiful beach and the pool. The condo was so nice. It was Decorated so nice And beachy we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the Dolphins and all the activity on the beach in the morning. The property manager got back with us right away if we had questions. He was very helpful. We could walk to like three different restaurants, and the grocery store was very very close. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated condo. It was very clean, had good mattresses, and a great floor plan. There was a little mildew on the bottom of the curtains in the main bedroom, which did cause some mild asthma symptoms in one family member. The manager did walk in unexpectedly to fix a minor plumbing issue, but he was very helpful. He thought the unit was unoccupied. We would love to visit again!

Wonderful, relaxing trip. Views and accommodations were great. The condo could not have been nicer. We loved everything about this place. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the extra ice maker. Anything at The Pearl is a nice place to stay. This particular unit was enough but not the nicest Pearl unit I have stayed in. The carpet is showing some wear but the technology (TVs) desperately need updating. On rainy days, it’s nice to be able to watch your favorite streaming services. The TVs are at least 10 years old which meant we constantly had to unplug them to reset Netflix. Upon having trouble, we called Netflix who confirmed the age of the TV was the issue. Other than that, the unit was clean just a little outdated.

Clean, spacious 6th floor condo overlooking the Emerald Coast. Large master suite with jetted tub and comfy bedding. Amazing views from both the master suite and living room. Television in every room. Enjoyed watching favorite family movies at the end of an adventurous beach day. Kitchen with nice appliances and accessories. Washer and dryer. Merle was promptly responsive when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was as advertised. Nicely furnished and right on the beach. The host was easy to contact and there were no issues with check in. My one critique is that the condo is quite dusty, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great family trip....
Everything was perfect with our family vacation!!! We pick a different beach every year and I stumbled upon this one and all I can say is that we will definitely be back! Beautiful condo, beach, sand and water is breath taking.....and the locals at all the shops and restaurants are the best as well offering information and answering any questions. It was a great trip and we hated to leave.

We had a great time, the condo was very clean. We had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The TV was the first one we have been able to actually turn it on and was already set up. Being on the beach was an easy walk and the heated pool was an added plus. The water was crystal clear and the prettiest color we have ever experienced. Thank-you Merle!

The condo was clean and just as described. A beautiful view and a short walk to the pier. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool when we weren't on the beach. It is within walking distance of places to eat and hang out. Highly recommend!

Amazing view
The property was easily accessible and centrally located in the middle of Naverre Beach. The beach was beautiful white sands and the water a perfect emerald/blue. The condo was nicely furnished however, desperately needed new carpeting in both bedrooms (I opted for house shoes the whole trip)The vents, ceiling fans and baseboards needed a good cleaning. The master bed was extremely comfortable as was the beautiful white leather couch and loveseat. (We never used the 2nd bdrm) The TV’s were large and nice reception on all. The master bathroom was spacious and 2 vanity’s were a plus. We called the manager about the difficulty of closing the master closet doors and the broken pizza cutter. Both were taken care of immediately. There is a small workout room on the property however the treadmill is in need of service (very loud/squeaky). The 2 pools are nice and 1 is heated. Also a nice whirlpool next to the pools. Umbrellas for a little shade would have been nice however the property opted for a few pergolas. Overall it’s a beautiful property, the views are breathtaking and we found it very relaxing on the nicely furnished balcony. Other than the few hiccups, this condo unit 605 at The Pearl made for a wonderful 6 night stay. Note: Naverre Beach is a quaint (best little kept secret) vacation destination for the person who wants to be away from the crowd. It’s a little secluded but alot to offer. Restaurants within walking distance and the longest pier in the state. Population 1515
