6 Portofino is in a great location, just 100 metres from the centre of Nelson Bay township.  Parking for two cars is provided as a single lock up garage and single undercover car space, so easy and convenient, you can walk to cafes, clubs, bars and restaurants, DAlbora Marina, boutique shopping, beaches, and cruise centre for the famous dolphin and whale watch cruises.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities, three bedrooms all having Air Conditioning, linen and bed making, with the main providing the second TV, and en suite. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity, the bonus of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer tops off the tick list for this unit.

Unit too hot for summer. Wont stay there again.
Great view, and great location, but the verandah is like a hothouse when it is warm outside due to poor ventilation. The unit does not cool down, even with airconditioning, and the end rooms just stay hot. Cant open the windows properly, assume due to building code, but this has not been companesated. Really needs aircon in each room, and get rid of all those windows on the verandah you cant open properly. Poor sleep and wont stay there again.

Perfectly located Nelson Bay haven
Great location - easy walking distance to everything, amazing view, well-equipped property, nice and clean. This place had everything we could have wanted as a family of five. Definitely recommend.
