Rooms were unclean. Bugs on sticky carpet. Hair in bathroom. Very unsatisfied. Elevator is out of order and they put us on the 3rd floor with a toddler and infant. However, breakfast was nice and clean.

Very Clean and the staff was helpful. Only one problem elevator was down but staff explained problem and tried to help any way they could. They were working on getting elevator going

I had reserved a 2 queen mobility room on the lower level. When we checked in we were in a standard room on the third floor and the elevator wasn’t working. It was very difficult for us on the stairs. We stay here quite often, but this trip was very disappointing.

First tried to put us on 3rd floor. No A/C, smelled terrible stale, elevator did not work, A/C in room did not work. After asking for new room (or refund), was placed on 2nd floor. It was better, but not great.

There is an elevator, but it was in need of repair. Guests on the third floor had to call down to the desk to have the elevator sent up to them as the call button did not work. We were on the second floor and the soda vending machine was out the entire week we were there. The buffet breakfast was better than most of the cafes in the area. Very nice and most convenient.

Nice hotel
The hotel was nice clean….they were short staffed so our room didn’t get cleaned even though we requested it I even spoke to the cleaning crew and still no new towels trash not picked up I had to go down to the front desk and get the items myself. The older lady at the front desk was amazing I can’t remember her name but she was friendly and funny and VeRy helpful! I can’t say the same for the other front desk person! The pool was clean. The elevator didn’t work most of our stay
