I booked a room for 6 people and get charged extra for that many people and there are only 3 towels in the room. Why do hotels do that? I always have to go ask for more. So irritating. Be prepared for the amount of people expected in the room. They also did not have any more bath towels available at the desk so we had to use small towels.

The sound coming out of the overhead system was loud, and competed with the television playing loudly in the lobby. Computer lacked the ability to function, was unable to perform a search for critical information due to wifi being unavailable.The attendant at the front desk did not complete a reset or reboot to reestablish a connection.

The service was excellent, but do not recommend if you’re a light sleeper, because there as active train track with a rail crossing right behind the hotel. The train passes by every hour or so and blows the horn when passing by the rail crossing. It’s the only thing we didn’t like about our stay.

Don't stay here.
The staff at check in was nice. When we got to our room the towels werent folded. The bed felt dirty and the walls didnt look clean. We went out to the hot tub to relax after, but it was really dirty. It wasnt cleaned in days, the pool looked the same.
