Elevator was not working due to complications from hurricane so they comped my parking and gave us a room on the second floor so we wouldn’t have to climb too many stairs. Easy check in and check out process, friendly staff.

This property advertises an indoor pool and a pool does not exist!!! My sole purpose for renting their was to enjoy the pool with my kids. Would not recommend this place!!!!!

What I love is the staff they are so respectful, patient, they make you feel right at home kind-hearted!!!! Rooms are clean and absolutely comfortable clean sheets and pillows I love when I come here!!!

Great Hotel
Great hotel . It is modern and well thought out. Clean comfortable nicely equipped gym for a hotel and the food is good. This will be my “go to” place in Waterbury
