Horrible customer service. In an emergency event, the hotel turned a single mother with an infant away, although the room was fully paid for and non-refundable. It was a late last minute reservation made and paid for in a pinch. The Hotel refused to be accommodating.

Slipped and fell. Hit my head on toilet. Was not offered an ambulance or a free night or anything. Instead was told I wouldn’t have my deposit kept as if that were a favor. Stay away. Slippery and unsafe tub shower as well as first room was so filthy and had 0 amenities. No fridge as shown in pictures. Manager upgraded me

This place is terrible in every way possible. Dirty. Stinks. Unsafe. Used needles in the parking lot. Homeless people sleeping across the lobby on the other side of the street. Worst experience at a hotel. Dont go there.

The only complaint I have is there wasn’t a fridge in the room and there was no water in vending machine. Otherwise it was a nice and convenient hotel

The “deluxe king suite” was not so deluxe. The room was a handicap accessible room. No carpet. No counter in bathroom for normal placement of toiletries. Shower head clogged and had to use hand held. Staff was very off putting so I did not pursue complaining. The exterior door has a gap of about 3/4 inch at the bottom. Very poor lighting. Staff did not refill coffee supplies daily (and nothing was mentioned during check in). Overall overpaid for the room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This is an older motel style property. Although older, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the property was nicely maintained. The location was excellent. I did not like that there was no water in the vending machine and that the ice machine did not work.

Stayed here on a family trip. The hotel was decent, my only complaint was about the clerk who gave a nasty attitude when i asked for 2 towels since the room only provided 2. We are a family of 4 and when i asked for 2 extra towels since there were not enough he said " come on man youre effing killing me". Sir i hope you are reading this, because what is wrong with you. That is literally your job and i asked for them in the lobby on our way back from being out- its not even like i called from the room to have them brought up. Aside from that, everything was fine.
