Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 505!

Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

Enjoy the beautiful southward ocean view from the balcony . The master bedroom will entice you with its massive king size bed and the sound of ocean waves. This bedroom has a full private bath and TV.
The second bedroom is tastefully decorated and enjoys its privacy featuring two twin size beds and a full bath located directly outside this bedroom. 3 TV's, a washer and dryer in the unit, 1 DVD player, Premier Cable Service, private secured Internet, reclining sofa, king bed, and 2 twins sleep up to 5.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great gataway

We had a great time in this complex. Its a nice unit with a great view. The master bed is very comfortable. Although the unit needs a bit of renovations in both bathrooms, its comfortable overall. Thanks to Cate for answering quikly all my questions.
