The room was very tired with a hole in the carpet, peeling wallpaper in the room and especially the bathroom, mould in the bathroom, ripped cutain, bedside table top damaged surface, chair seat worn through and a broken lampshade. Altogether a very shabby room. I have seen much better motel rooms.

We picked this property for its hottub and for the pool. The hot tub was warm but not hot, and the pool was too cold to get in. I am sure there are regulations and I didn't look for the word "heated" pool. The stay was nice, clean and quiet, staff were nice. It was a decent stay for one night.

If your tv doesn’t work, guest needs to reboot it.
Tv in room did not work. Mentioned this to manager. She said sometimes you need to reboot dish network. Well that was not the answer I was looking for in the morning

The rooms were nice, plenty of space. It was quiet and nicely located for many attractions. My only suggestion would to make sure you bring your own hair dryer. The rooms do have hair dryers but they are old and unreliable. If you are lucky enough to get it to work it will spark and short out. It's a bit of a fire hazard.

There was a fly in the room when we arrived. They said no unauthorized pets but someone had a small dog that barked inside and outside the hotel late at night an early in the morning.

Quite outdated in furnishings. The pool deck had black mold in places. One entrance door wouldn’t close. Ice machine broken. Pillows were awful. Staff was nice. Not worth the amount we paid

Stayed one night. Comfortable bed, quiet, nice easy breakfast (pancakes, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs) in the morning. There is not much around the hotel. It’s about 25 minutes from Tahquamenon falls. My only complaint was that the ice machines did not work.

Good stay! The room was average, exactly what you pay for. The breakfast was fair/okay. There was sufficient amount of food for my family. Did not use the pool. Check in and check out was routine.
