Worst trip for my family
Roaches everywhere. Some dead & stuck on wall or inside mini fridge. Some alive & crawling around. Some rooms don't have microwaves that they advertise that are supposed to be include with your room stay. Mattresses are stained with gross things. They just cover up with a mattress protector. It was a very gross & disgusting sight that welcomed my family for our paid hotel stay. I will not be using this Hotel chain ever again.

Light bulbs missing, toilet tank would not fill in middle of night, sink in bathroom took 5 minutes to drain, tv didn’t work. Had to go to check in at 6:00am to get another room so we could use bathroom. Coffee was very weak, only breakfast bars and oatmeal packets, no milk. Unfriendly desk staff. I travelled 12 years for work, this was the worst motel experience ever!!! Can I get a refund?

Would stay here no more not worry the money the hotel room had a smell to it seem bedbugs on my pilllow case on my side of the bed towards the window. The Front desk clerk man was very nice and show us alot of respect . We got a room here cause we where both tried and we have a long way to drive back to get back home to Nyc..

The room was not clean. Hairs in the tub,stains on the bed cover and found roaches behind the refrigerator. It desparetly needed an overhaul . The "breakfast" ran out by 6:45 am. Worst is the price. It was about $180 after fees and taxes. I've stayed at a number of Super 8's but will not again. The only saving grace was a friendly staff.

First room #102 the commode was very loose from floor. When the room was changed to #106, it had dust balls all over the ceiling,. Very unhealthy to breath.

It was "dingy"!!!!! Felt very unclean. Stains on ceiling and pillows. Bed was like a brick!!! Stains in the shower!!! No soap in the bathrooms!!! No coffee amenities!!! Room was no where near, and didn't even come close, to what was portrayed on your website!!!!!! Vending machines were broken!!!!! Ice machine was inoperable!!!! I felt robbed for what I paid!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DEFINITELY NOT A SUPER 8 OR WYNDHAM OWNED!!!!

I grabbed this room since it is close to USMA so I could visit my cadet. Facility is in dire need of a facelift. Many outlets with no covers, door jams looking like they have been broken out at least once (yikes), my room floor looked like it needed to be mopped, bathroom floor also needed some attention, bathroom sink broken away from wall. The beds were clean and comfortable though and that’s what I really needed.
