Great stay

Such a nice clean inn. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. My room was roomy and clean. It had a fireplace too. I would recommend this inn to everyone!!!!!

Very Nice Classic Inn

The inn itself is a very quaint, classic restored new England building. Very friendly staff & service. The location was very convenient to local shops & restaurants. Free parking in the back lot. Free breakfast & other meals included. Only complaints are the floors did not seem very clean under furniture etc, and there was a loud generator or similar noise outside our Rm (311) throughout the night. Otherwise, i would hifrecommend this inn to anyone.

We liked everything - they had hot soup and cookies available all day long ;-) Room and bathroom spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Beautiful fireplace and tub! Right of the main street with shopping and dining. Most highly recommended

You have this historic beautiful boutique hotel and then you ruin it by spending 50 cents at the dollar store for a crappy plastic shower curtain where water goes all over the floor. Additionally, the shower heads are terrible. Attention to detail, you can do better, for literally Pennies on the dollar.

Great place!

This place is in a fantastic location in downtown Newburyport, close to all of the shops and awesome restaurants in town. Upon checkin, we were upgraded to a room with a fireplace, which was a nice perk on a cold January day. We appreciated the free onsite parking as well as the breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Newburyport.
