Even though they do not have anyone responsive if you arrive after hours, regardless of whether or not you coordinated for the late arrival, the property is clean, and one feels safe.

Not a typical extended stay property. Saw absolutely no travelers in need of short-term accommodations. Most residents appeared to have been living there either permanently or for quite a while. However, the bed was comfortable and had adequate bathroom facilities. Refrigerator leaked water all over second shelf intermittently.

The hallways and elevator of this place are in need of upgrades. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, which may have come from the kitchenettes in the rooms. Although I loved my suite, I was disturbed by the noise from my neighbors next door and above me. I stayed for a week but was unable to sleep due to loud music playing all night long. I noticed that many children were staying there and realized that most of the guests actually lived there.This made me feel like I was staying in a shelter. I figured there was no need in complaining about it, or moving to another room. If you are not bothered by loud noises, this place may be suitable for you.
It was away from the usual hotel/motel district. It was selected for its convenience even through we did not eat in the hotel or visit the shopping district. It is in an excellent location. Even though we did not have breakfast we had the complimentary coffee three times. It was hot and fresh.
Desk person was nice. Building is beat and worn. Room was okay but no towels made for trip to store. They should say what you should expect. It was a learning experience.
The Hotel is in very bad condition there are roaches everywhere little tiny ones and the big red ones the furniture is completely filthy stains everywhere the bathroom Tub would not drain the toilet would not flush the on-site attendant would not control the sound at night children running up and down halls all night and early morning children screaming all night and all morning adults running in the hallway talking in the hallways all night prostitution on site drugs on site
The room was clean and well appointed. The location is great just off I-64 with plenty places to eat and shop.
The front desk is only open until 7:00 PM, although I had confirmed "late check-in" through Orbitz when I got there the first night about 6:30 PM they had already rented my room. After traveling and working all day, that was a hassle I did not need for a room I had prepaid.
House keeping is only once a week and the first week I was skipped. So, at the start of week two I sat my then full trash bag outside when I left for work. They put the full trash bag back in my room and did not bother to even give me a fresh trash bag.
The rooms are nice. The walls however are too thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring.I could also hear their tv. When I checked in they said they cleaned once a week. When they did not clean, I called. The person I talked to on the phone, said because of covid they do not clean. Someone is misinformed. The doors do not always open after hours.

Overall tHis Hotel provided and comfortable and safe feeling enviornment to live in.
Everything was comfordable only problem was the kids up stairs running around like 12:: 00 till whenever. I think if you have young children they should be on the 1st floor. But thats me.
