Upon check in the employee was beyond rude to guests waiting, was polite to myself and 7yr old daughter. They took us off property to another location down the street. We didn't even stay the night, i paid upon check in and we couldn’t even shower as the towels provided were dirty and disgusting. There was 0 water pressure and the room was like something out of a horror movie. My 7yr old daughter was beyond scared to use the bathroom or sit on the bed. We basically washed our hands in the broken sink, and packed up bags and left for another hotel. Would love to get a refund, as I would not wish this hotel on my biggest enemy. Terrible place to book or stay,

Not clean, very old, no toiletries or anything provided except a towel. Beds were rather uncomfortable to sleep on as well. Location was the only good part of the stay

Do not bring kids here.
Carpet was filthy. Beds were clean, but the pillows old, flat, and smelly. Towel was clean, and a sink in the bedroom closet was functional. Know what to expect .... this place is really bad, but compared to the hotels nearby it was affordable. Staff was very nice and accommodating, though. The communal bathroom was gross, gross, gross. I would never shower in that moldy tile from the 1950's with grungy sliding door. The toilet seat looks to be at least 30 years old from the worn paint.

Nice staff/Dirty Inn/Pricy for what you get
Stayed in a room that had spatters of something on the ceiling and walls. I’ve stayed in this room before and it had the same spatters before. I booked a less expensive room and was offered this room because I’ve had it before. But this time I had to pay extra. Stupid me, I agreed. I mean the room was going to be empty anyway. It’s crazy they would take advantage of someone who stays there frequently. It’s even more crazy I fell for it! There was trash and dust under the bed. It wouldn’t be so bad but the prices they are charging now are a bit ridiculous for the dingy space you get. Now even though the space is what it is, the staff is really pleasant.

You get what you pay for. Staff are nice but the room and hall bath both were in desperate need of cleaning and repair. Ceiling tiles, carpet, walls and shower all needed a good cleaning.

A reasonable price in Boston
Nice neighborhood, a charming (old) house. Boston is definitely overpriced, so this charming Inn was the solution in my budget. The room was very clean, but not very confortable, with a very old mattress. The bathroom was shared, but very clean.

Beautiful old house. Fireplace in the room for heat. Window unit for a/c. Bathroom just as old as the house but clean. Mattress was well used. Sink in the middle and we didn't sleep well. Lots of charm and history but squeaky doors and floors with a shared bathroom isn't good. Good for a night.
