Great Hotel
Nice room on the second floor We were on the side with the Home Depot store outside and had a lot of truck and forklift noise in the morning but otherwise the room was excellent! Nice bathroom, had a frig and microwave and plenty of room. Breakfast was very good - eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.

Despite what appeared to be many good ratings we found this hotel merely average. Our room was an adequate size, and the amenities were all there, but everything seemed "on the cheap." The towels were flimsy, there was no blanket for the bed, the soaps were miniscule, etc. The breakfast in particular was poor. There was minimal variety, squeezed into a very small area, and the food quality was lower than that of similar hotels offering this kind of breakfast. The gentleman manning the breakfast area seemed to just wander around, leaving many tables unclean and the food areas full of detritus (such as a large quantity of spilled cereal). Overall, the hotel served our purposes for a single night stay, but we would not consider returning there.

Hotel ok, clean and friendly. Water hot. Coffee pot and microwave both work. Hotel in very sketchy area. Would not have stayed there is i had been known before booking

The floors weren't very clean in the lobby and elevators but that was more about the guests than the staff. Someone spilled coffee in the elevator, someone walked from the pool to the elevator dripping water the whole way. But when the staff was told, they acted immediately. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always smiling and asking if they could do anything to help. Any requests were handled right away. Very convenient location for anyone who wants to be close to the Falls but not right in the middle of everything.

This grounds in front of this property was neat and attractive, the interior was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and king bed was comfortable; bedding was not provided in the room for the sofa bed and we didn't realize that until we were all ready for bed so we had to share the pillows and the bedspread for the sofa bed. The sound proofing was an issue, heard tv from other rooms, people walking in room above us woke me up four times during the night.

Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing we noticed is at night you could hear the people in Home Depot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

By far, the worst Comfort Inn and Suites I've stayed on so far. Gym is in a bad shape, I ran on the treadmill which was defective and almost broke a leg while slipping on it. TV in the room had no cable, internet was sporadic in my room, had to hotspot from my phone at times. General clean conditions is bad, there was a major spill of coffee in one of the elevators which took two days to get cleaned. Room was never serviced in three nights. Breakfast is poor and significantly less choices than other Comfort Inn & Suites. Area is pretty ugly. General conditions of the hotel are filthy and not well maintained.

The hotel was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not very good, the eggs and bacon or sausage were microwaved and seemed made from powder(eggs). I liked the coffee even though it was a one cup dispenser unit. They had all fresh continental options and of course make your own waffles.
