Absolutely horrible They allow smoking weed in the hotel and in rooms. Also called the front desk 3 times that night about 3 parties going on in 3 rooms with smoking pot and blasting music until 7am When i tried to speak to the manger the guy at the front desk wouldnt even give me his name called me threatening when i wanted to spsak to them because i called 3x that night witj music blasting and pot smoking in the rooms coming into my room he didnt want to give me any contact's of management and got very nasty and said its not my problem and get over it. I tried to contact expedia and i have not heard from them. I also faild to mention i had 3 rooms due to a sports competition. Paid 1500 for 3 rooms and 2 nights. This is how we were treated. Be aware of them allowing pot smoking and partying in hotels and not getting sleep. I have tons of vedios to show management and expedia. I will never go back and want to warn others.

This was below average. There was mold in bathroom and wall paper peeling off and stapled on. Wall are very thin could hear everything all night. Breakfast was free but nothing great.

Very terrible experience. Whole room smelled like smoke after the guest next door kept smoking weed. Front desk refused to do anything about it. Front desk clerk was very unfriendly. Don’t care if people smoke but don’t want to be drowning in it while I try to sleep.

Nice and clean. Quick service at check In. My only thing is the breakfast. Is just bagel, bread , cream cheese and waffles. Not many options. For the prices they should offer more options.

Not worth the money!

Stayed for a cheer competition at Foxwoods. Curtains had stains on them. The bed spread had a few stains on them. The facial soap bar plastic packet was open when we arrived. The front desk swiped my card for incidentals but didn’t tell me if a charge would appear on my account and for how long before it’s returned. The breakfast was at least 15 minutes late getting started, which put many cheerleaders and their families in an anxious mood because of their early report times to the venue. I will not stay there again.

Disappointing

The room had a VERY strong odor which we were told was the Fabuloso cleaner but it was completely overwhelming, giving one of us congestion, and causing us both to use covers to avoid the smell. Also beds were not comfortable. Otherwise room was average. Breakfast was mostly carbs. Very few other choices.

For the price, the accommodations were satisfactory if you needed a one night stay. The staff was very courteous, rooms spacious enough, clean. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests.
