I stayed in a two queen bed room and it was very clean and comfortable.The shower was just right .The front desk people were very nice.I would definitely stay here again

Great water pressure, but the towels are not very absorbent. The “Deluxe” continental breakfast consisted of only carb foods. Yogurt and eggs would also be nice to add to the continental breakfast area.

The property appears to be on its way up but with a few tweaks would be an awesome economical alternative to an on site casino stay. Repave the parking lot. Fix the dysfunctional entrance.

Stayed there for a concert at Foxwoods. Very reasonable, especially compared to staying on Foxwood property. Check in was fast and professional. Room was clean and warm. Best of all, they have shuttle service to and from the casino. 5pm to 2:45am. The driver, Todd, was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilltop, the price was right. Room was clean. When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the person behind the counter I believe he was the manager. There was no Christmas decorations at all only one week away from Christmas. Besides that we had a great time.

For the price and location this was a real bargain. The decor was out of date but the beds and pillows were super comfortable. There was a shuttle to the casino!

Overall it was fine for the price. The front desk person was not welcoming or friendly at all. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either. They said it was a deluxe continental breakfast but it wasn’t just very very basic. If I had paid more for the room I wouldn’t be very happy. It was a great location close to Foxwoods and Mystic.

Honestly, the property did not show like the pictures. Check in and check out was managed well by the front desk person. On the overall, the property needs updating. The bath cloths and towels were hard and crunchy. Breakfast was horrible and the water smelled and tasted weird. Guest were loud and there was loud banging 2-3 am. I felt a little unsafe. Hilltop was disappointing and just not my cup of tea literally due to bad tasting water. SMH

Excellent place to stay
This was a very clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay. We were attending a concert at Mohegan Sun. Easy to get to and a very good price. Reddy at the desk was very pleasant and informative. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have available.

The lobby is updated, other than that the rooms are very dated. The duvet covers had not been changed in a long time. The water temperature in the shower is either very hot or very cold there is no in between. The breakfast was a complete let down, no true hot food, the waffle maker was great but other than that the quality of the food was bad and nothing was fresh. The bagels - stale, the raisin bread - stale, the cereal - stale, the milk - almost bad. I will not stay here again.
