Great location, but things have changed
We stayed at this hotel in 2021, before it was under new management, so I didn't think to check reviews beforehand. Great location, and housekeeping definitely worked hard. But - a few things that weren't great. 1) change in parking rule from 2021. Parking spots are not guaranteed. If/when you do get parking you have to pay for it (that was new...). 2) The shower was absolutely awful. When I say the water dribbled out, I mean it dribbled. Zero water pressure. Any thick haired people are not washing their hair. I guess good for the ocean and pool to rinse in, because it wasn't happening in the shower. 3) Out of the 6 electric outlets in the room only two worked (one was in the bathroom). A family of 4 had to take turns charging devices, and had to charge devices in bathroom. I get that these are all first world problems, and if I was camping or paying maybe $100/night I wouldn't even think of taking issue. But at $300/night, I don't want to take turns charging my cell phone in the bathroom and use the hotel pool to clean my body, since the shower doesn't work.

Property was nice. Loved the welcome bag! Rooms are nice size. Older hotel that has been spruced up. Only issue was parking. There were no spots left. I was aware that this could happen prior to arriving. Otherwise, everything was great.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. The beds were comfy, and the room and bathroom were very clean. I do wish they would have provided a coffee maker, and the parking situation was less than ideal, however we were able to find free street parking about a block away. My only complaint is that the room description did not say that the two twin beds were bunk beds. We were initially supposed to have 4 adults, and that would have been an issue. Thankfully one person couldn't make it. Aside from that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!
DO NOT STAY HERE for any reason!!!!! Rude staff , no parking, make you park on the street for $35 a day with no warning . Staff entered our room right after check in without our knowledge then charged us $400 for damages for a perfectly fine room that remained the same when we walked in . Same rude staff answers the phone . There are hundreds of other hotels in wildwood for the same price . Do not stay at this one . This is my third time returning and I will never return again . Make sure you don’t make my mistake .

Great location, right on the boardwalk and a 5 minute walk to the water. Room was decent, but the service and amenities need work. We called that morning to request an early check in. We showed up 80 minutes early, and learned that all the parking spaces were taken. (It’s first come first serve.) If you to get a space, it costs $20 for 24 hours. Otherwise, you have to find parking. The women at the front desk told us to drive around for a space on the street or find a garage. We were new to the area and surprised the hotel didn’t have a backup arrangement with a nearby garage, or specific instructions about where to park. We drove around for 20 mins., found a space on the street, and had to pay $40 per 8 hour period for parking. Quite a discrepancy… some luckier guests paid just $20 for an entire 24 hours! Christina, a host at the front desk, was friendly and professional. She’s a keeper! However, her coworker, Tomi actually yelled at me… (I nicely/politely asked her to repeat something she said… because I didn’t understand her accent.) Christina apologized for her repeatedly - Tomi should’ve been the one apologizing. That night, we asked for an extra blanket. We were told that we had to come to the front desk to pick it up… No delivery. At $280 per night, that was a surprise (to say the least.) The AC units are very loud, and go on and off all night. We can only recommend this hotel after they fix the parking problem, etc.

Property as depicted and right at the boardwalk. Pool was clean and employees maintained the facility very well. I stayed two nights. Someone empty the garbage and replenished the towels but didn’t make up our beds. Someone also parked in my assigned parking spot a whole day. Staff rectified it but it was annoying. They charge $20 a day for parking instead of $15 which is what was advertisement on the website. Beds were comfortable but you can hear doors opening and closing and people walking near the room.

A good stay
It wasn't bad. We are a family of four so the trash was a problem. It has little trashcans. The floors were extremely dirty. My kids socks were black. Other then that the location was great.
