Outwardly the property looks nice but inside the spacious room there’s only a desk and a chair besides the king size bed and two night stands. There’s no other furnishings so only one of us can sit and eat our meals. We called the front desk and they said that is the standard setup for this hotel. We are very disappointed. The breakfast was a joke, there were very few choices of foods. I heard the lady kept telling people that they ordered the supplies but somehow they didn’t arrive. I thought a Fairfield Inn should be a good choice but not this one evidently!

The pillows were old and bad They did not even give daily service and it was optional. Considering the daily charge for a Room this should not have been an option. The morning breakfast was OK but the service only until 9:30 AM and when you are on vacation late rising is a norm, But we did not want to miss breakfast since we skipped lunch and had early dinner. Sheraton gave breakfast until 10:30 AM which is usual in most Hotels.

Great Hotel
Stayed here last minute, rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was minimal but enough, especially considering it was included. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The room & overall state of the hotel was quite good. Efforts should be brought to service in general. Room cleaning is on request and I had to ask two times to get it, it depended who you have in front of you. Breakfast has to be improved: 1 double toaster with only 1 that worked, so long queue before you could have it _ Juices cut with water (not tasty) _ one day you could have yoghurt, the day after none…

It was a very disappointing start to our stay. When we entered the hotel, the ladies at the desk did not greet or acknowledge us until one of them, who was on the phone, finally did. She later apologized and helped us with check-in. What was very unusual was that the other staff member continued talking, asking personal questions, including about race, which made what could have been a quick check-in unnecessarily uncomfortable.
