Building is uninhabitable. Should be inspected by building inspector and condemned. Staff is very helpful and polite. Housekeeping does an excellent job with limited supplies and lack of items and deteriorating state of the building. Building should be torn down.
I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times before Didn’t run into any problems, but this last stat was horrible. They put me in a room with a missing desk chair, which isn’t the worst Waiting 15 minutes for no one to open the gate for you to park is not acceptable, Only one elevator was working during my stay. And none of those things would be a problem but when I miss placed my Drivers license and debit card inside of my key slip that was left inside of the room at checkout, They would not let me go back to the room to retrieve my items, and when they finally did get back to me, they said that everything was thrown away even the keys that are supposed to be returned to the front desk. There is no reason that I should’ve had to wait to get my ID and debit card and now that I’ve waited there both thrown away Along with the room key cards. This is a very big inconvenience as getting your government issued ID replacement a few weeks

The air conditioning doesn’t work like advertised, and hasn’t worked for months and there is a small sign that tells you this when you arrive. One room I had not even the heater worked. Doesn’t look like it will be fixed. You have to get your room key reactivated every 24hrs no matter how long your stay is and you have to wait in the same line as every guest to get it reactivated (which sometimes can take a long time, this is very inconvenient!). The staff doesn't seem to care because one of the male staff laughed when I raised my concern and I said, I know it’s cheap, but” and he blurted out “right there because it’s cheap.” I asked my self, is saving $5 worth it? Shouldn’t I be spending my money with a company who values their guest? Ask yourself that too!
I liked nothing. The restaurant was closed permanently. No room service or wake up call. Carpets were filfthy, and there were cockroaches. Luckily the sheets seemed clean.
