The AC was not working. We had to pay addional fee to park inside the facilities. No shuttle bus. Inside the room the iron did not work and the electricity outlets were not working properly.

This hotel is completely falsely advertising their hotel and the amenities. The pictures provided on the expedia does not reflect the hotels current condition. Its dirty, there is a horrible smell in the lobby a.xthe rooms. The customer service was horrible and they refused to give me a refund because i didnt want to stay there. I would never book with them ever again in life.

Most of the reviews are fake and made them a 3/5 star hotel. It should be a 1 star at best. Cars in the lot were damaged, as in windows broken, tires missing or a totaled car just parked in front of the hotel in their lot. None of the sofa or ice machines worked. And most rooms had no working A/C units. Our nights were filled with yelling, loud music, fighting in the lot, and a sudden wake up from a random drunk couple trying to get into our room!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. We had to stay the 2 nights due to a budget and not really being in the hotel except to sleep. I highly recommend staying any but here!!

When I first got to the hotel I noticed they did not have parking at all. All the tenants were parking in the front of the hotel, where it’s supposed to be “drop off” area. When I went to go to check in, staff notified me that their air conditioning and heater isn’t working and also I had reservations for a 2 bed room but they didn’t have any available. So the front staff told me I can cancel and receive a refund through Expedia and they would approve it. BUT THEY LIED AND IM NOT RECEIVING A REFUND WHEN IT WASNT MY FAULT THAT THEIR AC WAS OUT AND A ROOM WASNT AVAILABLE. Horrible customer service, dirty hotel. Needs to be shut down.

Horrible maintenance on this property, room wasn’t up to par…Customer service was horrible overall, during the day it was ok but at night the vibes completely changed, guy behind the desk made me & other guest feel unsafe & was ignoring guest which caused other guest to get agitated and almost caused a life threatening accident. Never coming to this place ever again.
