It was ok, a little dingy. We asked 4 times for a pack and play or crib - I emailed, called, asked at the desk and called the desk - they kept saying "yes we have one, bringing it up" and they never did. Thank goodness we knew someone locally and could borrow one from them!

I have been staying at this property for decades as it has gone through various names and ownership. What was once an affordable, nice hotel has gone down hill in a major way over the past couple years and I can say, definitively, that I won't be staying here again. The rooms have not been updated in years and are definitely showing wear and tear. The beds are wildly uncomfortable, and the bedding and towels are sub-par at best. The staff is rude & unhelpful and the amenities are basically non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY!
Horrible. If I could give 0 I would. I don’t no recommend staying there. Smelled like smoked. Pretty sure people live there. Shower backed up and wouldn’t drain. Floor looked like a dog scratched it for hours. Bed were ok. Weren’t nice when we asked for extra towels. Keys never worked I had to get them fixed multiple times.

It was completely terrible to stay in there. Very stinky into the hotel and in the room and dirty. Even though selected nonsmoking rooms but room was filled with smoke smell. People were scary, shouting and noisy. A worthless place to spend a single moment there. Very much overpriced in comparison with the facilities availability.

Like many hotels, this location is close to the interstate. A bit noisy at at night with the truck traffic. We asked to be moved to the other side of the hall where the king beds were, and it was much better. The bed wasn't made every day and I found that a little strange. Overall, for the price and convenient location, it was a value.

When you walk in the entrance smells maybe because of the old rugs. The receptionist was rude when we checked in. The room were ok only issue we had was the bathroom toilet not flushing well at all and the water in the tub and sink drains so slowly. Someone also tried to come in our room at night with a bloody face that was scary. Definitely will not stay here again.

The facility was worn out. Our first room, actually the entire fourth floor smelled like a smoky casino. The pleasant and accommodating staff gave us a different room on a different floor. The towels were worn out and had holes. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

The property is adequate, but it hasn't been kept up. The front doors seem to grind open, the elevator seems sluggish, and the parking area is dirty and in disrepair. However, the staff are quite pleasant and helpful, and the room rates are very competitive.

The bathroom was visibly dirty, when housekeeping came in to the room on the next day no effort was made to clean it. The toilet has mold stains that could have been easily cleaned. Mold build up doesn't happen overnight, so this was days in the making. There was long hair on the shower wall. The mirror over the sink had water and toothpaste stains. They could have definitely tried harder.

Never again.
The hotel is not suitable for people to stay. We pulled into parking space and saw broken and stained shades from the outside of the windows. When we went into our room, the smell of must or mold overcame you. It increased when we used the air conditioning. The towels were hard and scratchy and the bed skirt had a stain on it. The bed was comfortable but the sheets smelled like the red of the room and my husband woke up with bug bites. My thought is that some people live in the hotel.
