The attention of all the staff was 10 plus. I will recommend a small fridge in the room to be perfect. Definitely we will be back!

It was beautiful. The only h I said was that there was an extremely noisy group of people by the pool during the afternoon. It made it impossible to sit in the area. They were very very loud and playing a ‘drinking game’. All other guests had to leave.

This hotel was outstanding! The staff was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better location as well.

The Victoria was every bit as nice as the website showed. It's on the edge of the hills just a short distance from the city center. The grounds are well-maintained, clean and full of trees and plants. If there's any drawback, it's the fact that the city center is a half-hour walk, so I took frequent cab rides. Since the cabs were only 80 pesos ($4) per ride, it was no big deal. They don't have an ATM to get cash, and the desk doesn't always have cash on hand to exchange for dollars. But those are small concerns considering the overall nice experience.
