New Years Day, so staff shortage. Key to room didn’t work, got that fixed. Toilet not working and no maintenance people on duty! Coffee maker had issues. People that were there were nice!

Is advertised as near Equestrian centre which is why we booked but us 20 min taxi drive away so not very convenient. Creaky bed springs and noisy guests in hallways at 2am

The room was decent but the service and staff were absolutely terrible. The parking situation is an absolute joke. I paid extra to park in front of the building and went to a wedding and when we got back parking was full. The staff left me on hold for 17 minutes and said I can park across the street for $10 then try and get the $24 back from the hotel later. Why sell more than they have available?

like the location despite the noise of the area- what is not great is the parking and how much the hotel tacks on to pack close. Also asked for no feathers in room due to allergy at time of reservation, but that step not taken

The room smelled, carpet had stains on it. It was very loud - you could hear everything on the street and in the next room. You could feel the room shaking when somebody was walking next door and hear their shower. No central ac, thermostat for the wall unit didn't work. Soap dish was dirty, shower curtain was ripped. Definitely does not worth the money

Very smart nice hotel... But my room was next too the adjacent main road, so i encountered noise from the roads... Not pleasant, when you want to get a good nights rest... Nice facilities in the hotel....

Very limited on site parking awkward entrance my room carpet was wet and the soap dispensers were all empty and while the place is beautiful and has a very beautiful atrium. It was very awkward to get in and out, and the parking was very frustrating.

We were given a handicap room .. shower knob broken water was extremely hot had to mess with it to be able to get it to turn down so we could shower after we showered the flood was flooded and shower curtain was closed completely. Room smelled like wetness. I spoke to manager and he didn’t seem to be concerned at all I told him I would hate for someone with a disability to stay in that room first they probably get 3rd degree burn from the shower and if they jump out the shower the would slip and really hurt their selves try to escape to hot water. From all the water on the floor That’s an accident waiting to happen.

Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed (barn door type w no latch). Very noisy- however they know this and give you earplugs in the room. There was a cockrock in the bathroom. Parking was $24. No breakfast included. They had a standard hotel 'buffet' but come to find out it was $19. Nice decor.
