We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Colonial. The one issue that was unfortunate was that the guest staying the room above us (we were in 613 ) were loud and rambunctious until nearly 2:00 am. We have stayed at the Colonial many times over the years without incident so we will chalk it up to an isolated event. It did however, disturb our sleep and the experience of being in Ogunquit,

Comfortable, well located inn.
Well located, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed, good variety of items for a continental breakfast. Staff members were pleasant and helpful.

Very nice room, (A/C was rather noisy) Hot tub..was hot, nice pool. Breakfast was just basic, bagel/toast/muffin. Have had better in other nearby hotels (waffle maker etc.) The staff was excellent. The Mini fridge had no freezer section for my ice pack to refreeze.
