No complaints. Very nice and clean hotel. The jacuzzi bath tub in the room was great, felt wonderful and was very relaxing after a long day. This hotel is in excellent walking distance of the brown county music center. Will definitely be staying here again. The staff is very friendly

Horrible. We’ve come to Brown County a lot over the years but never stayed here before. Frat room they gave us had the strongest sewage smell I almost got sick. Has them move us to another room. The indoor pool has no heat. It was July and freezing cold you couldn’t use it. It’s run down and needs work.

Great place to stay when going to a concert at the Brown County Music Center. Only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Large comfortable room.

OK for sleeping, but nothing special
Hotel is older, but recently updated. But the work was kind of shoddy. Sloppy plastering, painting, trim fitting. Bed was comfortable. Hide-a-bed sofa very uncomfortable for sitting, and TV way off to the side anyway. Breakfast was not up to par. There were very few items available, and they were out of most over 45 minutes before the published end of the breakfast hours. No one available to refill.

There was a very slick tub in our room. Our son fell, but fortunately was only bruised a little. Needs to be replaced or at least more bars installed for stability.

When we checked in the front desk clerk could not find our reservation. Upon entering the room, the room had an overpowering odor similar to that of a dead mouse. They offered us another room. Upon entering that room, a similar overpowering odor was noticed. We tried to cancel our reservation but they said because we booked through Expedia, we had to do that through Expedia. Expedia does not have a method to contact them and talk directly to a customer representative to help with the situation. We decided not to stay and with no assistance from Expedia, we lost our money we paid for the room.
