Oasis at Orange Beach 1903 (formerly known as Phoenix West II 1903) is a three-bedroom, four-bath condo with amazing Gulf-front views from the 19th floor.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The condo was beautiful and looked just like the photos. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo had a pool with a slide that was so fun for the kids and the adults enjoyed the lazy river. The only complaint was the bed frame in the master bedroom was not very sturdy. Apparently it had been abused in the past but the braces under the frame kept sliding out and we would have to prop them back out.

Family Vacation
This is the second time staying at Oasis (Phoenix West II) but first in this condo. We had stayed in one of the upper condos before but wanted one a little lower. The 19th floor was perfect. The condo is just as described. Furniture is in great shape and not worn. There is nothing bad I can say about this property. Kids had a great time. The resort has absolutely everything cutting down on us leaving and finding something to do. Love this resort and will definitely be back and will look for this unit again!

Great Rental
We’re a group of professional women on a weekend beach getaway. The check in and check out process was painless: ample convenient parking, carts were available, not too long of a wait for elevator. The unit itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, with clean and new/well-maintained indoor and outdoor furniture. Awesome ice maker and we’ll-stocked kitchen. Would love to stay at this unit again.

The condo
The condo was beautiful, clean and as presented. The lady that checked us in was very rude and not very helpful. There was an issue with parking. We had 10 people staying with us. They only allowed 2 vehicles to park on the property. We could not get 10 people in two vehicles. We had driven 3 vehicles down. So one of our vehicles had to be parked about 20 min away. This was a very big hassle and inconvenience every time we got ready to go eat or to do anything away from the condo. If you are going to rent your condos to large parties then they need to be able to park their vehicles where they are staying. The availability of the elevators is a whole other issue. There is no excuse for having to wait 15 - 20 min for an elevator. This was almost every time we went to use the elevators.

Great style as are all Alofts. Cool common area with live music, games, bar. People encouraged to be social which was fun. POOL CLOSED. No obvious reason and was not mentioned on website and this is why we booked there. This was mentioned on other reviews too. Also, check in process via email broken which really didn't matter as it went smoothly at desk. Good place but if pool matters I'd call before you go.

Cleaning staff is horrible
When we got to the condo at 5 pm one of the bedrooms still had dirty linens on the floor. And the other bedroom had the room straightened but the sheets had make up on them and sand in the bed. When the cleaning staff FINALLY came she tried to tell me the sheets in the floor were clean. And then tried to get me to wash the linens. After i said no, she left and didn’t come back til 9:30 to finally make the beds. There was mold all in the master bathroom shower. And the elevator wait time is horrible. We loved the grounds. The slide. The splash pad. Just not this particular condo or cleaning crew.
