HORRIBLE
Condo is nothing like the photos!! Extremely outdated was nasty upon arrival we had to clean the unit ourself carpets had stains everywhere not to mention dirty dishes. It claims pools are open until 10pm but there locked up before 8pm

Directions for leaving key was not clear at all! Also housekeeping came at 9:00 when check out was 1
The property was great’ condo wasn’t quite as clean as it should have been and housekeeping was very rude! They came at 9 when checkout clearly stated 10 and was very rude because we hadn’t left yet.

The view is INCREDIBLE!
The view and complex are incredible! The master bed is comfortable! Our only suggestion is to update the full size mattress, it is so old and broken down, you roll to the middle all night long. We couldn’t even use one of the twin beds because it had broken slates…. Thankfully we brought an air mattress. Several light bulbs were burnt out, we didn’t have any lights in the 2nd bedroom. We still really enjoyed our stay!!

The Condo was nice, The view was nice got to see the beach every morning was right off The beach which I loved it was Also Right in the Middle of everything with restaurants and shopping. The only bad thing is one of the twin beds need an new mattress it sinks in the middle, so if you don’t like to sleep in the middle of the bed it want be for you couldn’t really sleep on my side cause how it sinks In the middle it made My back hurt. But over all it was really nice Place to stay.

Excellent value!
Excellent price for this 3 bed/2 bath Condo. While style is dated, condo was clean, comfortable, had a view of the beach, and was well stocked. The only thing we needed but couldn't find was a potato peeler! Condo is a very easy/quick walk from the beach, and you don't have to cross vehicle traffic! Only complaint is the wifi didn't work due to a plug being broken. Management was notified, so hopefully this will be repaired soon.

The condo was ok nothing special. Could definitely use an upgrade. There was construction so we only got one parking pass for a 3 bedroom. Why they think that’s ok I don’t understand. Maybe not have construction during peak season. Elevator was broken then they decided to mark of the easiest way to get to the pool and beach and you had to walk out of the way so defeats the whole purpose of having a room right outside the beach. Probably won’t book this condo again.

The room was decent, but for the price would probably get another condo next time. Few maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. A front door stopper that would drop constantly causing the door not to shut without holding it up while shutting. Broken/stripped wood on sliding glass door handle. Things were reported so hopefully fixed. The view was definitely beautiful & corner room that it right off the elevator so that made up for the annoyances. You could hear the ocean waves just setting out on the balcony.

Condo has not been kept up. The coffee maker is broken, the front door stop is broken, several lights did not work, lean on walls to protect walls all broken, the floors were dirty, we had ants in kitchen when we showed and told office, they never sent anyone to handle so we bought ant spray to kill them. Pool was full of debri and tons of sand daily. For the money look elsewhere for your vacation with your family. We have stayed in many condos over the years but this was by far the less desirable.

We enjoyed our stay at seaside beach and racquet club. The condo had a nice beach view, and plenty of space. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the appliances. Also the elevator was out of service for half of our trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

First time visitor for Alabama
First time visiting Alabama. Loved the beach and the pools! The condo accommodated all of us very well! In need of some updates but I would rent it again and more than likely will. The staff was not very friendly when we had a question about a lost parking pass.

Great location
The condo is in a great location right in Orange Beach. It is close to some other very large condos as well as some houses, so you are able to spread out on the beach a good bit. The condo is dated, but is in very good condition. It is right by the elevator and staircase, which is convenient for getting in and out, but can be noisy at times.

Not what we expected
This was our first time visiting OBA. We were excited to get there. We had to do late check in so I called to make arrangements to pick up what we needed to get into our condo. I was told that they did not use keys and was given a code. Upon arrival to our condo we did indeed need keys NOT a code. We called the after hours number and waited 45 minutes for someone to bring us keys. After an 11 hour drive this was not what we wanted to be doing. Upon entering condo there was a funny smell to the place and we had to open doors to get it out. Condo itself needs a TON of updates and kitchen is not very well stocked. There are missing mirrors off walls, where the mirror hung needs patched, lots of little cosmetic things need attended to. We were told by security that nothing was to be placed on railing of balcony so we placed swim suits and towels on the patio furniture instead. Within 5 minutes of doing so we had a security guard at our door giving us a violation. He was very rude!! Later that evening we look around the complex and EVER balcony has floaties, towels, swim suits etc. on their balcony!!!!! Why we were singled out is beyond me. The beach itself is stunning and very clean. If we go back we will not be staying in this complex!!!
