Romar Place 404 is as close as you can get to the Gulf without actually being in it. Ocean front balcony and master suite. Mere steps to the beach!

Feel as if you've stepped into an island paradise when vacationing in Romar Place 404. Jungle prints, tile floors, and fabulous furnishings make this fourth floor unit unlike no other. Enjoy our fabulous glass roofed heated indoor pool and separate jacuzzi as well as the outdoor pool.

Romar Place Condominiums is a low density building with only 66 units so the beach is never crowded. Less than a mile to two large grocery stores and within walking distance of some fabulous restaurants. (3 great restaurants are just across the street). If you have questions, please let me know.

WE'RE DIRECT BEACHFRONT ON THE FOUTH FLOOR OF ROMAR PLACE - ONE OF THE BEST BUILDINGS IN ORANGE BEACH.

Perfect Vacation!
We stayed for 8 nights in August. Sally was a great host and communicated with us extremely well. The property is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and balcony were amazing. Shopping and Restaurants are conveniently located near the condo. One of our favorite restaurants is Louisiana Lagniappe. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to come back again. Excellent experience!!

The condo was very nice. The view was spectacular! We got beautiful sunrise pictures. Dolphins swam by everyday that we stayed. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. Gulf shores is a very short drive away where there are even more restaurants and things to do. Wolf Bay restaurant across the street is a great place to eat. Check out Fish City Grill in gulf shores, it’s an awesome restaurant. If you want a great dessert try The Yard it’s fantastic. The owner Sally was awesome to work with.

This place was exactly as described. IIt was a beautiful condo.
We loved the condo and the property! Everything was kept so clean! The only thing was We thought the outdoor pool was suppose to be heated and it was cold the whole time we were there. We loved that it had an indoor pool and hot tub, This was a big plus!! The indoor area and rest rooms was nice and clean. Romars Place was probably one of the cleanest co do and property we have stayed in, at all the places we have stayed at on vacation.

Incredible Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mrs. Sally's Condo in Orange Beach, AL. We were so close to everything not to mention the prime location on the white sands of the gulf! Our son's (2.5 years old) first trip to the beach was a huge success and he loved every minute of it. It was a breeze to communicate with Mrs. Sally and we really appreciated her letting us check-in early since we arrived earlier than expected! The property was well-kept and the toy/beach closet was fully stocked so we didn't have to use some of the things we brought. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach-front location in Orange Beach!

Great beach location, close to the beach, food and shopping. A smaller condo complex that is is less busy. Accommodations were wonderful, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Host was cordial and responsive, checked on us when checking in and checking out. All made for a great vacation!
