About our Condo--Grand Pointe is a beachfront property!...From our unit, we named it “Sandy Seagull” you will breathe in the spectacular, panoramic views of three bodies of water, the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River from our long covered porch accessed from the living room AND master bedroom...There is something for everyone in this large and airy upscale, modern, sunny, cheerful, condo with views of constant sailboat, fishing yachts, and gulf birds flying by. You can lie in bed with your coffee and delight in the water splendor! We especially like our view of the beachfront state park across the bridge--beautiful to see in its natural state--just dunes, sea oats, and the gulf--it looks islandish. The light hitting the water makes everything look turquoise.

Our upper floor unit, convenient elevator access, features granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, wet bar, jacuzzi tub in MBR and MBr walk in closet to make this your beach home away from home! Decorated in pottery barn style beach and nautical theme you'll love our unit at Grand Pointe, a unique gulf front gated property situated on 8 sandy white BEACHFRONT private acres.

Bring your 'fishing pole and fish from the rocks or the sea wall just below our condo. So convenient to the jetties (rock outcroppings) right below our condo---it's considered one of the most desirable areas for salt water fishing on the east Perdido Pass side. Some people scuba dive right outside our balcony! Walk to the beach through the dunes/sea oats on Grand Pointe's convenient boardwalk, enjoy the two pools one in (heated)and one out, and the two heated hot tubs, in and out. Fine dining and shopping across the street at San Roc Cay--have an afternoon massage there, book a fishing trip, go next door for a drink/dinner and enjoy the piano bar lounge at the Perdido Grand Resort. Don't forget to visit the famous Flora Bama lounge a hit with the younger crowd located two miles down the highway. You'll love it here as much as we do. lots to do and see, or just relax with a good book and stay beach or poolside!...

9. Will I have fun on my little styrofoam boogie board?
Yes! When the surf is up you will have lots of fun catching the waves and riding to shore--so much fun you won't want to come in!

The Perdido Pass Master bedroom has a king size bed, the adjoining master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second guest room has a queen size bed and full size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third guest room features twin beds with it's own bathroom with tub/shower. Also TV. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and TV, the complete kitchen features all major and small appliances, silverware, and dishes. Wet bar, full size washer and dryer, iron and board, and vacuum. The indoor heated pool area has huge glass windows that allow you to view the Perdido Pass channel/waterway to the Gulf and also the HUGE outdoor pool with large tanning area.

Great View and Location

The property was well maintained and clean. The room was more than adequate for our needs. The view of the Gulf and Bay were excellent. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would recommend others to stay at this location. Our “host” was easy to work with.

First spring break in Alabama

Absolutely loved it!!! Loved the location - ocean view, inlet/bay view, boats, birds, and especially the fishing off the rocks...even caught a Pompano fish!! The condo was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed! The balcony was our favorite place to sit! Pool area was nice and the beach a short walk away! We didnt want to leave!

Spring beach trip

Our stay at Grand Point was great, the unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked! We utilized the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Everything was clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent again!

Great vacation!

By far, the best location to date as to Florida/Alabama! Watching the sunrise, seeing dolphins and watching boats from the balcony every day was awesome. The kids loved the indoor pool although the hot tubs were questionable..lol The inside had jets but was cool and the one outside was hot but no jets! lol The beach was amazing and such a short walk to and from. Everything about the condo was amazing! We had such a great time and will have no issue is asking to stay there again!

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a family of 4 with 3 generations from 28-86 years old. We were all very content with our own spaces 3 bed/3 bath. The sights from the 4th floor balcony were many with boats going in & out, the numerous fishermen and beach walkers/surfers. Even in November there was lots of movement.

Wonderful view of Perdido Pass

Nice, spacious, clean unit. Breathtaking views! Furniture and bed very comfortable. One thing I would change is to replace sheer curtain in living area with blackout in case one would like less light in this area. Very blinding in am. Know it would be a shame to block view!! Only other issue was we were not able to connect to WiFi.

Fisherman's dream condo

If you plan to fish while on vacation, this is the spot for you! My husband and kids spent a lot of time out on the jetty, which is located right next to the condo. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The sunrises each morning were incredible. Mark was a fantastic host. Hoghly recommend!

This was one of my favorite vacations ever. This condo was amazing and we loved the fact that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Ex Excellent location, within easy walk to the beach. Loved the pool and the balcony ocean view also! We are already booking for next year. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!!!! Loved it so much and we had a fantastic time.

Breathtaking Views from balcony

We came down on Friday and I had bought some groceries and the heat temperature was 99 so I emailed the owner and he was so gracious to allow me to put the food in the refrigerator before our check in time! I was so grateful and pleased how nice and accommodating he was with us. The condo is so close to beach with a short walk on pier. We loved it and we will definitely be back for more sunsets from the balcony!!

My 50th birthday getaway

This property and condo was so comfy and serene for my besties and our young adult children! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The host is sooooo helpful and informative. The building is very well maintained our weekend there was gloomy and windy, but we still enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub , sauna and steam room before heading to the outlet mall nearby. His listing was on point! No scam here, just pure comfort! We were thinking of returning to this unit in the fall ..
