We had a good time in Orange Beach at the Romar Lake Condominiums. 301E was setup well for our family with three bedrooms. There were plenty of extras and towels, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a nearby Walmart Market and a Publix.The stove is an older model but in good working order. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach( the crosswalk for the beach was literally right across the street). We liked that they had fans as we forgot ours at home. We would definitley stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only 3 complaints we had. 1. The king bed in the master bedroom was VERY noisy. It definitely needed a new box spring, getting in and out of it and just moving was extremely noisy. 2. We never could locate the router nor connect to the WiFi. Property manager told us where it was located but it was not where they said it was. And the WiFi network name and password that was on the link never worked. 3. Dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Other than that (all manageable things) the location was great! Beach access was easily located and property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Getaway Spot
The condo was perfect. Two very large balconies with cute views of the marsh and lots of space between the bedrooms making making it feel extra private. Very clean. Easy drive to local restaurants, beaches and markets. The only down side being there were only two rolls of toilet paper provided, two trash bags, one dishwasher pod and no simple spices for cooking like salt and pepper. Overall the stay was still perfect and we would come back again!

We really enjoyed the condo. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony and watch the wildlife. The house was very nice. Lots of space for all of us. The short walk across the road to the beach was very nice. When we first walked in you could tell the house had been cleaned. You could smell it. it was nice to have a broom and mop because we used it every day to get rid of sand and to just re clean the floor. There is no outside shower, so all the sand comes in with you. The condo was stocked with all the kitchen stuff that we needed which was great. The dishwasher stopped working one day and we text them and it was fixed when we came back from dinner. We also had to text them for the wifi password. It was not posted anywhere in the condo. They were very helpful. A few things that was bother was the king bed was as hard as a brick, not only did me and husband think so but so did my 6-year-old. There where tiny ants all over the kitchen that we kept killing. (We did not leave anything out for them) The shower pressure was not great and was really hard to get sand off of you. Whatever kind of cleaning material they were using for the floor did not come up Easly because it made our feet and socks black. We did think they should stock salt and pepper since its common things in a house people do not think about. Other than the few things that we just dealt with and where not a huge deal to us. We had a great time. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Hopefully the bed is broken in better.

The place was just as pictured and the staff was responsive via text. However, the unit was barely stocked with basic necessities for our stay - they only provide 1 roll of TP per bathroom (even for a 4 night stay) and they don’t provide extra blankets even if requested. One of the beds was unmade and one was dirty upon arrival, but they did offer to bring us new linens. The beds were also VERY uncomfortable. Overall, the place was decent for the price, but I probably would not return.

The unit was clean, and roomy. I loved the location and the east access to the beach and amenities. Fully furnished. My only complaint is the beds. It was like sleeping on concrete floor. They were so hard that even the children were complaining of a back ache.

This was our second visit to Orange Beach. The condo was comfortable and clean. We did find a couple of cockroaches in the living room. We were there 3 nights and we had to buy toilet papers. The coffee pot lid would not stay on and spilled. And there were no filters. Otherwise it was a nice condo.

Everything was perfect, to the location and layout of the condo, latest around the propert, filled with wildlife. The only complaint I have is there was only one recling chair and no bunk beds as stated when I first booked this property

King, queen, queen, sofabed all beds comfortable. Nice view of wildlife on back deck, alligators, turtles, and yes rabbits. 5 min walk to beach. Elevator to 3rd floor for those who can't do steps. Very clean comfortable, great for families.

Great Stay near Beach!
The property was very nice. There was an issue where one of the rooms replaced the beds (from 2 singles to a queen) without notifying us prior to our stay. I don't know if this would have caused us to reconsider staying there, however we made it work. We have 4 boys so 2 had to share a queen where they were to have the 2 singles. Another item was that there really wasn't much for us to do at the condo (no provided board games etc.). I understand this can be a hindrance on the owner, but it would have been great for a family. The amount of amenities provided was very minimal 1 set of towels, 1 trash bag for each bathroom and kitchen, 1 paper towel roll, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, etc.). Again I understand this can cause more costs to the owner, but when I'm on vacation I don't want to worry about items like that (as it seemed I washed our towels quite a lot while there). Overall I would recommend this condo, but more for adults visiting or older families with 3 older kids (as there was a sofa bed available). The site reference should be updated (if not already) with the change in the single bed, if it's not already. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and I appreciated the quick responses from the rental company (Liquid Life Rentals). Thanks for a great vacation!

Ok I will list the good and the bad and please understand this group of all over (45 years) vest GS/OB 2 to 3 times per year for a company golf trip. We try and pick a new place to stay each time and over the past 18 years this is they only 2nd time we have had something like this. The Good: Loc was great and the condo for the most past was clean. The bad: Had to call to get the door code, after walking in I noticed one of the rooms didnt have 2 beds like the online pics had it(one guy had to sleep on the couch) 30% of the parking was "closed" and we did see that someone had been working but we never saw anyone. The master bedroom and 2nd room did have a remote and after calling them we did come across one of them. Master bedroom toilet seat was broken. Communicition was very odd, they would text but never text back, I would call and talk to someone and when it was after hours I would leave a VM and they said "we never got your LV nor text" oh and we checked in around 7pm and never saw anything when it comes to wifi code, after calling the after hour help the lady didnt know anything. I hate to post anything bad but it was bad and if it was only a few things then I would understand, only thing they did was run a new remote over and provided a wifi code. They didnt think everything else was that important I guess.
