A notification for all guests: The Condominium Home Owners Association has designated that all rentals in this complex have a 7-night minimum length of stay, from Saturday to Saturday. Please also note that this complex is Non-Smoking. This means no smoking or tobacco product use is prohibited at the indoor or outdoor pools; as well as any enclosed and outside common areas of the property. The only designated/approved area for smoking on property is at the grilling area. Please also note that all Kaiser Realty by Wyndham Vacation Rentals properties is non-smoking units.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is anticipated to take place at Admiral's Quarters from September 2024 to March 2025. The work to be done includes exterior repairs and painting, which will impact the availability and views of some balconies. While the stairwells are blocked off for repairs, access will be rerouted as needed. Construction work will be noisy, swinging stages descending from the roof will be utilized, parking may be blocked or limited at times, and part of the pool will be blocked during this work.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
