Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

We had to call maintenance multiple times Living room tv never worked maintenance could t fix Housekeeping arrived while we were bringing in luggage to mop floors this was around 3:30 They mopped around our luggage 2nd maintenance call received text that work was completed and no one ever came as my spouse stayed in room all day

Always enjoy staying at Turquoise Place! Lovely and spacious condo. Very clean. Only negatives were the grill didn’t seem to function properly and we came prepared to grill burgers and sausage. Also no hand soap in the bathrooms and the toilet paper was terrible. Had to go buy those supplies, which was fine, just didn’t expect that for this level of property. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

Overall stay was very good.

The property was very nice. We has to clean the grill ourselves because it was not cleaned and we wanted to use the grill. The smoked detected beeped the entire time we were there. We call the property management 3 times and was told that someone would come to look at it, but they never did. We removed the batteries so the noise would stop, but we did not feel comfortable doing that. It was a nice property and my family did enjoy our stay.

The only complaint I have is that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was out of order, that was very disappointing was looking forward to relaxing in it.

Unit C1205 was beautifully decorated and not over-done as some of the condos we have stayed in were. Located not to close to the elevators, which made trips to and from the beach a little easier. Kitchen pots and pans could use replacing, but other than that no real complaints

Owners have a gorgeous place that has not been cleaned and I would like to communicate with them

Master bedroom mattress has huge dent on one side. Called liquid life to say patio door to outside did not lock and no one ever came. Remote did not work and needed batteries and notified liquid life and no response until next day after we already went out and purchased batteries. Floors were very dirty as I like to walk barefoot and my feet bottoms were black and I have a photo. No hairdryer. No beach towels like other resorts. No extra toilet paper and none to be provided. Dust at bar area and other areas I could write in (also have photo). Not enough towels for 10 people as advertised. View from balcony was gorgeous.

Great vacation!

Terrific property and wonderful vacation. We would DEFINITELY go back to Turquoise Place. Beautiful beach, comfy beds, lovely pools, and we loved the tennis courts and hot tub too! The only negative was with Liquid Life so we would look for a unit managed by someone else. When we arrived no one had left us a key and the instructions about checking in were invalid. The only phone number they left us had no emergency or after hours coverage either. Thankfully, a nice security guard looked at our 2 tired kids, saw our confirmation info, and let us in despite the property managers being sketchy.
