Great location walking distance to outlet mall and short ride to Disney Parks. The reason for the low ratings was really slow service and dated property in need of upgrades. Safe was not working called multiple times no one came. Needed extra towels no one came we just started picking them up from front desk ourselves

Stayed for one night. Had a very restful sleep. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. The room was on the 18th floor and the view was spectacular. Nice lobby area with coffe shop on one side and bar on the other. Plenty of parking. Parking directly in front of the main entrance and additional parking structure on the side of the building. Great location. Easy access to freeways and shopping areas. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was an OK place, easy to get Disney via the ART bus…beware of the check in time . 4 Pm is enforced unless you want to pay 25 bucks for early checkin.

Stay was amazing, only complaint was the room felt like it wasn’t cooling enough (could be a personal issue). Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, I plan on returning.
