The bathroom walls had alot of plaster or missing paint marks. Need a better shower curtain and towels. Lacked in toiletries. Nice clean beds and you could see the carpet was clean and vacuumed. Good sized fridge. Things were good enough for a quick stay.

The room’s bathroom was dirty, the shower walls had hairs.. Also, there was no towels in the bathroom. We tried to call for towels, and the phone was not working. I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. The walls had cracks and paint chipping off. The lamps shade had spills of something. The air conditioning was not working, it kept shooting off. The room had poor lighting, not all the lamps were working. It has been one of the worse rooms I’ve had ever stayed.

Where do I start?? First things first, read reviews before booking! This property looked fine on the website but even when we arrived, the parking lot was full of pot holes and the exterior lacked any real presentation. No flowers, no trash can. We checked in but were told there were no phones in the room which I thought was odd. Also were told not to keep the room keys near any electronics or they would reset themselves. What?? The long hallway to our room was old and outdated with dirty stained carpet. The hotel also had a horrible smell. Once in our room, it was obvious it was not upgraded. Very old 80’s decor and the first thing I noticed was the desk chair which was completely ripped and missing fabric! My husband pulled down the bed sheets and they were all stained and wrinkled as if someone slept in them. He immediately said no way, I want another room. Since no phones in rooms, he had to walk all the way back to the lobby but the next room was even worse than the first one. The room we had to take still had issues. The window was open and we were on the ground floor. We had to ask an employees who didn’t speak English to fix it. Also the box spring under the king mattress was too short so the bed flipped up when you sat on it! All I can say is-DON’T STAY HERE!!! The employees offered no apologies and honestly didn’t even care. It’s cheap for a reason so beware!!

The check in staff was rude and slow. The room was dirty with stained carpet and smell of smoke. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. Mold in and around the tub. We had to check out early because it was so gross.

Everything was great just the toilet needed maintenance. It was running it needed a new chain and ball and there was no soap or shampoo except empty bottles. Things could’ve been easily forgotten and not replaced but the room was clean smelled of bleach and it was done only two towels nothing extra.

Very run down with peeling wallpaper, moldy grout and stale smelling room. Our room had not been cleaned in quite some time. Carpet had not been vacuumed, dead bugs around, bedding smelled somewhat clean at least. Only 2 bath towels in bathroom, no others. Heater made horrible noises all night and walls were super thin. Since we were only there to sleep for 6 hrs it worked fine for the price.

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stepped foot in. Mold kn the walls, curtains, stains on the bed, mismatches towels in the bathroom. Wasn’t in the room 5 minutes before going to the desk and telling them I couldn’t stay there I needed to leave immediately. Trying to get a refund now.

I have never seen a more unkept hotel in all my travels. When we went to check out our room we instantly were hit with the smell of smoke. Enough to make us start coughing. We immediately went to the check in where they offered to spray the room with air freshener. There were no other rooms available and were given a full refund. Because there were no other rooms available and the room we were given was so below human living standards of cleanliness we were forced to drive 6 hours home that night. We also were out $300 worth of tours we had booked the next day at Sleepy Hollow. Do not book this hotel! Horrible horrible conditions!

Below average, advertised breakfast, there is no longer breakfast. No room service unless ordered 2-3 days ahead of time, very limited soap shampoo and only available on request. Front staff was always friendly and helpful. Yes there were visible cockroaches and the room was not very clean. Maybe good for a quick 1 nighter, but wouldnt recommend it.
