Room rate seemed to reflect an aging facility.
room was clean and showed clean. Door latch required patience to operate. Breakfast wasn't until 7:00. want to be on the road at 6:00. TV was too complicated. Shower valving needs repair or replacement. Room rate seemed to reflect an aging facility. You get what you pay for. although I may have to fight a double charge because the first time that I booked there was no confirmation.

I was surprised by how clean and quiet my stay was after reading some other reviews. Front desk was super nice and beds are comfortable. Room spacious and clean. I have no complaints. I had to leave too early to comment on the breakfast. I recommend.

The room overrall looked comfortable but a hand towel was dirty , the toilet was used, and the bed spread was wrinkled like someone was on it. Not to mention, the room reaped with the smell of cigarettes..

The hotel room was disgusting. It seemed like house keeping just changed the garbage bags and folded all soiled items including bed sheets and towels back. The rug was full of stains hair on the sink and let’s not even talk about the pull out mattress. Still waiting on the promised refund since we had to reserve elsewhere.

I'm not sure what's happening with this hotel. It seems like it's under renovation and/or lost accreditation. They no longer offer hot breakfast so the expedia listing is outdated. There are no signs indicating the name of the hotel and outdoor lighting is poor. As for the room, the sheets had what looked like makeup or chocolate on them, the carpet didn't look vacuumed and it looked like part of the room was updated but not all of it. Ice machine and vending machines were ripped out of the walls with holes/electrical sticking out. Google has multiple reviews siting this hotel is a scam. The front desk auditor was very nice and looked like he was doing the best he could. This hotel should close, finish the renovation and reopen, charging $80 a night for this place is a bad deal and there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

The staff was nice. The hotel used to be a Comfort Inn and Suites but is now run by another company... Unknown. My room was decent but had cosmetic problems ( dirty bathroom walls, hole in wall where doorknob slammed on wall in the entrance). I expected more from a place that costs over $100/night. Overall, it was an ok stay. I would stay here again if I had no other budget options.

The sheets in bed were dirty, stained, hair on them...seem like they just made the bed after the prior guest check-out. The sheets were smelly, there was hair in the bathtub. There as no breakfast (breakfast bag). The AC unit was not working, had to open the windows. And yes I could had notified the staff and I didn't because all I was gonna get was a "I'm sorry, thanks for letting us know, we will look into fixing the issues". I will not stay there again!!
