I wouldn’t give them not even one star very bad customer service got to my room. There was no soap for showering. Did ask for some did not get it. also, they asked $30 per parking per night and there is no gated parking or security guard and the premises so basically the guests are paying for public parking. I Will not recommend to stay in this facility.

The property was nice and front desk friendly and helpful. Property was clean and 2 miles from Disney. BUT, there was a $30 a night parking fee that we were unaware of. Hotel checkout time is 11am and at 9am the parking company texted us that our parking expires at 10am. This was not a pleasant experience.

The hotel overall was nice. room had a strong bleach water smell when we first arrived. All front desk attendants seemed very overwhelmed during our entire stay. Also the parking situation is very unique and odd so make sure you ask questions and understand how it works.
