Overall good stay
This was our second time staying; the first time was a lot more quiet (at night for this visit, I would sometimes hear doors slamming shut or the toilet flushing from the next room over). Overall it was a good stay. Lots of things to do close by, and that’s why we like to stay here. The gentleman at the desk for check in and check out was a pleasure to speak with. The gym needs some more / new equipment. The bosu ball is broken, and one of the attachments on the pulley system equipment had a LOCK on it instead of the correct latch. Please update ! We did not utilize the restaurant / bar or pool at the hotel; we just simply used our room to sleep and shower, and went to the gym.

A practical place but it has many problems with EV car chargers. I had to ask for room cleaning service because they didn't do it the first day and then they didn't replace the shower gel that ran out. Well, in general, a good, quiet place, but I had those inconveniences.

We became Disney Passholders this year and Aloft is the place we’ve chosen to stay, we’ve been here about six times this year and only have great things to say about it. From the cool design of the hotel, the proximity to the parks (15 min), cleanliness, pet friendliness etc…A !!! But in customer service they go above and beyond, everyone at the front desk is awesome, helpful, kind…Bryan, Gio, Anahi and Mell….Allie at the bar…all service personnel deserve props for the great job they’re doing!!!!
