Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Family Vacation
Our family loved the house and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. When a family group of ten stays in one house for over a week, it’s easy to think that we’d be in each other’s way now and then but that was not the case at all. The house was roomy and very well equipped providing lots of space and plenty of activities while we were home. Windsor hills has a very nice recreation area that we were able to enjoy as well. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return should our Future plans include the Orlando area.

Dissapointing and Poor Resolutions of Issues
The games room basketball game failed to work the entire time we were there. Had to call property maintenance twice and still not resolved. The dryer didn’t work properly the entire stay. Maintenance came and went and still was not functioning properly. The dryer would turn on but then stop randomly so we were forced to babysit the dryer and laundry during our entire stay. Ceiling fan in a bedroom wasn’t working and was I repaired during the stay. After repeated requests to speak to host via the property manager not response. I even emailed the host regarding these issues ans no response. At first I thought it could be my emails were not going through but when we requested a late checkout the host responded saying it was was possible (understandable). But why were our other issues not addressed. Poorly managed by host. Would not recommend

Great Home Away from Home
The house was very well appointed and extremely clean. It is reasonably close to area attractions, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit parks and the area, but be away from the craziness of WDW. The game room was a nice touch that the kids really liked.

Perfect House for your Family
Super easy from check-in to check-out. The house has everything you and your kids need. A pool, game room, large kitchen table, TVs galore (although we didn’t have time to watch TV :-)). The house is clean and well decorated. I would absolutely rent

Great family property, read fine print
Overall, a very nice stay. PROS: * Very very clean * Spacious home, big dining room * TVs in every room, in the game room, living room, and on the patio. * Plenty of bath towels (they were kept downstairs) Beach towels provided. * Neighborhood was great with a big pool, water, play area, game room, and café * Home was about five minutes from Walmart and Starbucks and a small shopping center. Not very far from SeaWorld depending on the traffic. 30 min one day, 1.5hours another day…. CONS * Limited entrances in and out of community. Waited about 45 minutes to get in one day. * Air conditioning is preset to I 74 or 75 and is much colder on one side of the house than the other. Also, there is a lock and you cannot make the house colder than 70° (and it took hours to get that cold, not sure front rooms went under 73) * The game was clean, but smelled of sneakers 🙄 * Downstairs bedroom was the only bathroom with a mat * Very limited cleaning supplies. The smallest bottle of dish soap ever. One Broom, dustpan, a vacuum. A trial size packet of laundry detergent. Hand soap was little bar soaps. * Trash was annoying. Small receptacle in the front of the house barely fit two bags. You could not leave any food in the house, not even sealed, and had to take two trash compactor. * Pool light and dryer had some issues that were not fixed during this day. Manager responded, but not quickly. * No grill, no toaster oven, limited silverware & utensils, needs better baby gates for stairs

Memorable Family vacation
We recently rented this spacious home for our family vacation, and it exceeded our expectations! With 10 people in our group, including two adult children and their spouses, two teenagers, and a grandchild, we needed plenty of space. This property delivered! Here’s what we loved: Amenities: The playpen and high chair were a lifesaver for our little one. The three king-size beds ensured everyone slept comfortably, and the four full bathrooms were an absolute necessity. Entertainment: The game room kept everyone entertained, especially during downtime. It was a hit with both kids and adults! Outdoor Fun: The pool and hot tub were fantastic, even for night swimming. Florida evenings never felt better. The community pool & slash park we’re a greater hit for our one year old granddaughter too. :0) The amusement parks were a short drive (30 minutes to universal studios, and Disney) We also arranged a photographer to take family photos and meet at a nearby park called Celebration Lakeside Park. I would highly recommend doing this during your next trip. The park and little town are a must see. It’s a short 15 minute drive. Overall, our family had an unforgettable time here. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation! 🌴🏡🌟

Perfect House for a Weekend at Disney
This house matched the description to a T, it looks just as good in person. We went with 3 couples and 5 kids in total, and the layout worked out great. It was very clean and the management company was great to work with. Some things to consider: the house is in a busy community that offers rentals and at 4pm the gate is VERY busy, we had to wait around 15 minutes at the gate to get the parking pass. If you have more than 2 cars, the overflow parking is very far away, NOT walking distance, keep that in mind. We wished the beds were a little more comfortable, but the fans in each room were a blessing in the FL heat.

Disney 40th Anniversary Trip
Our trip consisted of 8 adults and 5 children (10 and under), and this property was absolutely perfect for our large group! There was plenty of room to spread out for sleeping as well as during the day, with the game room area and plenty of patio space by the pool. The game area was perfect for the early risers, as the sound was contained to that area. The proximity to the parks was 100% ideal. We were able to stop back for lunch and a swim to cool off during the day, and return to the parks for all the nighttime events. The neighborhood community was beautiful, and had so much to offer. We wish our stay had been longer to take advantage of it all. We highly recommend this property!

This home is beautiful! It was clean, spacious, and beyond our expectations. Keith was so easy to contact and answered my questions almost immediately. We had a Wi-Fi issue on a Saturday night and someone was at our door first thing Sunday morning. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing property! So clean and spacious!!
This house was amazing and so clean! There was so much space. We had no issues upon arrival! The kids and adults had so much fun! We were down in Florida at Dance worlds for my daughters senior year and the location was perfect! We have turned this into a family tradition staying in Windsor Hills and this property is my favorite! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent house for a week vacation
This house met / exceeded our expectations. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. All bedrooms were a good size that allowed us to have eight people throughout the stay. For the location, it was nice to be able to walk to the playground and larger community pool. It was also just 10 minutes from Disney parks (depending on traffic which can be heavy nearby).

Perfect!
We were in town for dance nationals at ESPN with 10 dancers, 2 coaches and a chaperone. This home fit all of our needs perfectly! The kitchen was stocked better than any home I have rented previously. Every room had comfy beds and there were enough beds for our entire party. The home is close to Disney property and there is a Walmart right down the street. Check in was seamless and the property manager answered all of my questions within minutes. We will definitely be staying again!

The house was nice! We were a family of 12 that traveled and there was plenty of space for everyone! The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the game room. Short drive to all Disney parks and Walmart was close by.
