The third time is usually a charm, but not this time. Having rented three times, I was very disappointed this time. There was hair in the sink and the bathroom wasn't clean. However, I wouldn't return to the hotel even though it is in a great location.

The stay was fine and no complaints except needing more than one roll of toilet paper and also the wait to check in was ridiculous… it took almost 30 minutes to check into my room and once I reached the counter it only took 2 minutes to get checked. Not sure if it was the customer or the workers but more workers should be available to help at night time after 7pm.

Hotel was super old. Room was renewed but really noise, In the bathroom was everything noisy. For the price we pay I was expected something better. 20 min for do a check in. 10 min for doing a check out. Elevator super slow, just for doing 3 floor, elevator floor was broke .

A quick stay

I went for a quick overnight stay, I waited over 40 minutes to check-in which is what made my stay so bad because there should be a more efficient way to check-in and having been there such a short time I felt like this would’ve made my overall experience better but unfortunately it didn’t. The person checking me in didn’t even apologize for the wait or the inconvenience. My room also wasn’t good, the air was not working and neither was the fridge, I didn’t even bother to call anyone to advise them because check-in took so long I was ready to just go to bed as I was exhausted. Overall the quality of this hotel just isn’t what it used to be.

Lobby was nice and clean and it was a plus they had a Starbucks. Exterior looked like a motel, not a hotel. Bathroom was old and shower was dirty with grime. Just needed a place to stay overnight and was inexpensive. Staff was very nice.
