The property was very nice with a great upscale restaurant, The Venetian, with excellent food. The suite was spacious although somewhat dated. It was clean and comfortable.

We had a really nice time. The property is beautiful & everyone we encountered was extremely polite. The only issue we had and why I gave 4 stars insted of 5 is some issues with "hidden fees" when it came to parking. I was told it was $29.00 for self park but ended up with a $351.00 bill. This place is absolutely gorgeous and you wont be dissappintes but please ask upon checking in for any additional fees. I dont want you stuck in a pickle like I was. However, I must say the manager and I had a chat and he is aware of how his front desk agents need to be a little more transparent. Overall, great resort!

I like that the villas were quiet. But the place could have been cleaner. They left a used rag in the kitchen and the kitchen floor was dirty. But other than that the place was nice. Cabinets did have some food residue.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We accidentally double paid for parking and they were able to address all the charges in a matter of minutes. Additionally, they utilize a texting service to communicate for any needs you may have and the response time was very quick!
